  • Location is key

"We stayed in this condo for the month of Jan. 2017. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub next to the condo was so convenient. This condo is an easy commute to the beaches and surrounding towns like Bonita Springs, Punta Gorda, and Estero. There was something to do every day. Grant, the owner, was helpful in resolving a tiny tv glitch our first days there. The 2 BR condo is great for a couple or small family. Would not recommend it for someone who has trouble with stairs. The first level is the parking garage area therefore there are 2 full flights of stairs to the living space. The kitchen table and seats which are the high stools and table like you would find in a bar were not comfortable but the living room and bedrooms were fine. There is a small screened in porch with two chairs. Being able to leave the living room sliders open for fresh air was a plus. Shopping and dining areas are nearby yet the condo is away from the noise and bustle of a busy city. A good value for a vacation or business trip."

  • FLORIDA GETAWAY IN PARADISE

"My wife and I needed a long overdue vacation, and chose this delightful property in Fort Myers, Florida. The owner has a gorgeous property right on the river in Fort Myers. The accommodations were like visiting classic Florida - it could not have felt more charming. With access to the property pool and hot tub, and fishing right from the property, who could ask for more. Chris can also arrange for guided professional fishing trips, if that is your inclination. Beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island are a short trip away. There is a lot to do in the area, and Chris is very familiar with all the local spots of interest. Don't miss this cozy getaway."

  • Return stay

"We actually rented this home on March 8, 2014 for a four week stay, a retired couple. The whole house was occupied only for one week when our grandchildren came on their spring break. While this sprawling, ranch type home with several additions and two wings is a little dated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found that it is typical of vacation rentals. Our highlights were the pool, the beautiful back yard, the huge master bedroom opening onto the pool and the dock where one could sun or catch a variety of fish or view the dazzling sunsets. The rental rate was much less than similar properties. The maintenance people were excellent and responsive."

  • Ths home has everything and more!

"My husband and I were visiting family and wanted to be nearby. This home was a perfect location for our needs. And being pet friendly, it was perfect for our extended 6 week visit with pets. We didn't need the 4 bedrooms, which, I must say were marvelous, oversized beds and beautifully decorated, as was the entire home. It is bigger than it looks from the front, and the expansive kitchen was the hub of our activities, with the huge granite topped island and the equally as huge TV. All in all there were 4 TV's, one out on the pool deck, which was also beautifully equipped with nice furniture, comfortable--nice for napping in front of the TV in the shade beside the pool. You can see in the pix how lovely the back yard is. And the hidden outside shower is so well hidden, I had to ask where it was! So if that's your thing, after a swim, you'll sure be secluded from prying eyes. Master is very big with a lovely, large shower. The neighborhood is an established one, and me, being a late evening walker for exercise, I ambled around the night neighborhood lanes feeling perfectly safe. The location is also very near a lot of shops, grocery shopping, drug stores and eateries. Also, there are so many choices of dishes and small appliances, it's almost funny. When my hubby decided he didn't like toasting bread in a toaster oven, he found a toaster on one of the cabinets. There are several types of coffee makers, all kinds of utensils. Bountiful dishes. Nice key rings with garage door openers to keep you from having to get out and open and closing the garage. All sorts of ways to make your life easy on your vacation. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation getaway in Fort Myers!"
