  • We Stayed at this property

"My family stayed at this property and enjoyed every bit of the stay. We really have no complaints other than poor water pressure in the showers but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. Milla and Alex were great to work with. I would recommend this property if staying in the Fort Myers area. close to everything."

  • “The Whole Package!”

"Having stayed in vacation rentals in several states for years I can honestly say this is the best one ever. Kelly and Casey know the ins and outs of the hospitality business. Please read the previous review for condo specifics, both expected and unexpected. I agree with all their comments. I do need to add another perk is that they have hired a local caretaker for any onsite needs. Ron checked in with us often. Paseo is a diamond in the rough. A top of the line, luxurious, comfortable resort setting. Landscaping and ammenities provide an escape from reality. This “quad” condo has a pool and entertaining area right outside your door. We met many nice people there and took advantage of the Tiki bar, workout facility, pub and community pool as well. Shopping and many restaurants are close as is access to the airport (but we did not hear a single plane). I would advise renting anytime year round. In my opinion rentals reflect the owners. Kelly and Casey are surely detail oriented, fun, kind and thoughtful people. They truly love sharing their space and love for life with others and it shows. Not only have we enjoyed it thoroughly, but feel we have made new friends in them. Thank you both for your efforts in making our stay a memory."

  • Beautifully decorated condo, fabulous views, great indoor/outdoor living

"When we get away for a vacation we want to stay in a place that is at least as nice as the one we left at home. This condo exceeded out expectations. At home we can sit outside and look at the lake, but his condo has forever views. You will be fascinated by all the big fishing boats or yachts cruising in the sea lane right out your windows. At night we took our bottle of wine and sat on the lanai and watched the lights of the city in the distance as well as the cars going over the bridge. One of the great things about the lanai is that it is screened in and gives great breezes during day. It was the place we ate breakfast the most often too. The marina is just next to the condo (actually the pool area and surrounding trees hide the Marina from the first 2 floors), and it is fun to visit and see the various boats, but being so high up we never head any noise. The pool is nice, private, and not crowded but we did not use it as we have one at home we do not use. The condo itself has some interesting features. There are 3 bedrooms, a master and 2 secondary bedrooms. The master is, of course, the largest with a bath with double sinks, separate tub and shower, The first secondary bedroom is almost as large with 2 queen beds. My husband and I stayed in this room so that we each could have our own beds (he moves around a lot a night) and the mattresses gave us both an outstanding night's sleep--the great ocean air could have helped too. The third bedroom has a queen size bed too which would be perfect for a teenager or college student who needed a study area during the vacation. The condo had every appliance we needed and then some as I am not real fond on cooking on vacation--but it can be easily done. My husband loved the big screen TV with which he watched his beloved football games. Overall, we had a blast. The only negative is that we were not there long enough."

  • A month in Ft. Myers for work felt like vacation at this home

"Jeff and Corri were excellent hosts. Myself and two coworkers lived at their home for 5 weeks. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. It's a peaceful neighborhood. I spent almost every morning on the screened in porch out back watching the sunrise. Jeff even lent us bikes! The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is big, and there's a grill too. I can't say enough."
