"This property worked perfect for our family. The owner kept in contact several times to be sure all was well. The home was clean and stocked with all the necessary linens and kitchen items. All in all, was a great experience!"

  • This property is well equipped and maintained and the owner demonstrated exceptional response time.

"My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to spend 10 days away to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This unit exceeded the description and our expectations. It is very well maintained, clean and comfortable and the grounds are meticulously maintained as well. The location is just a few minutes to beautiful Nokomis Beach and wonderful restaurants (some you can walk to), as well as, walking distance to the Legacy Trail. The owner was very gracious and let us know he was available to us if there was anything needed to make our stay more pleasing. Needless to say he thought about just about everything regarding our stay - comfortable bedding w/linens, towels (including large fluffy beach towels), a well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, and appliances, as well as some other amenities (i.e. beach chairs and umbrellas; coolers; fishing gear). The neighbors even welcomed us to the area. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in the Sarasota/Nokomis/Venice area. Certainly we would enjoy spending more time there."

  • Simply perfect.

"Awesome stay at this beautiful BEACHFRONT home, and property manager Dianna Trayers is the best! We were originally scheduled to stay here in early June, but a few days before we were to arrive, it became clear that a tropical storm was on its way. We immediately contacted Dianna, who assured us we could switch to another week at our convenience at no additional charge. Despite the storm washing out much of the sand under the deck - and the subsequent turtle nests that appeared there in the aftermath! - when we arrived a few weeks later, we still had easy access to the steps leading down to the beach and were able to take full advantage of this amazing location. Dianna had everything ready for us, complete with fresh flowers, a hand-written welcome note, and an excellent bottle of wine, as well as offering to shop for and stock the refrigerator and pantry in anticipation of our arrival. Truly exceptional service! As for the home itself, we could not have enjoyed it more: spacious, yet intimate; luxurious, yet comfortable; private, yet convenient. The main floor is open concept and enjoys magnificent views of the gulf across the entire back of the home. The kitchen offers all the expected amenities, with breakfast bar seating and separate indoor and outdoor dining tables. A comfortable lounge area anchors the space, while the tv/fireplace wall and two overstuffed chairs occupy the far end of the room. Upstairs, the roomy master bedroom features its own private balcony with a spiral staircase leading down to the deck and beach. Our guests also enjoyed a gulf-front room, separated from the master by a common area with lounge chairs, tv, and printer/office space. A third bedroom with twin beds is also located upstairs. If you're looking for a true getaway, far from the madding crowds, then this is the place for you. At this section of exclusive Casey Key, the beach is essentially accessible only to residents and those renting on the key, save those few ambitious enough to walk that far from the motels at the south end. However, our favorite restaurant, Casey Key Fish House (their grilled snapper is the only seafood I eat!), is only a few minutes away and fabulous Sarasota is approximately 20 minutes north. We truly enjoyed our week on Casey Key and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
