This is definitely the best Condo to stay at in Clearwater The unit was immaculate Anything we could think of needing was already there The owner, Bryan, was totally available for any questions and stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure all was ok The view was great and location perfect The unit unquestionably deserves a "10" TMC Utica, NY.

A great place to stay to enjoy the famous Clearwater Beach. The beach area just steps from the cottage is lovely and very close to all central amenities. Clean, tidy, well stocked including beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids etc. host great to deal with and responds promptly. Would love to return after the area recovers from the recent hurricanes, which I'm sure won't be long, to see it in it's true glory again.

Had a fantastic stay at Kay & Gary’s home. Everything you could wish for to have a holiday of a lifetime. Beautiful home, swimming pool, beach and so much more. Would highly recommend

Needed a dishwasher for perfect stay. Couldn't find iron or ironing board. Perfect space for 2 couples. Nice clean pool.

What can I say! Beautiful condo, beautiful view, lovely hosts, even hurricane Ian couldn’t spoil it for us. Everything you need is provided comfortable beds, extremely clean and Gaarie & Elaine couldn’t have gone out of their way more than they did, sorting out cribs, sheets and the toys and books for my granddaughter to use were a cherry on the cake. If you’re coming from overseas like us it’s the most easiest booking I’ve ever done you won’t be disappointed. We will be back thank you both

The beachfront condo was spacious and finished to a very high standard with a well-stocked kitchen. Thank you, Marty for the little gifts and the warm welcome. We enjoyed fantastic thunderstorms and beautiful sunsets. Excellent location for Crabby Bills which have the best crab and tuna in town!
