This sunny light filled cozy detached private beach house with central air conditioning and heating accommodates 2 to 6 persons. The quoted price is for one to four persons. Persons five and six incur an extra charge of $35 per night. 3 sleeping areas. 1. There are two outside dining areas and free off street parking that will accommodate an RV and car or two cars tandem and one public parking in front. Beach parking can cost up to $25 per day, so this is a great savings by renting this particular beach house.

Close to restaurants and evening entertainment festivities at Pier 60. Hike north along the beach to reach Caladesi Island, one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on the East Coast of Florida.
You may find something cheaper on the mainland or on a canal, but here you are on the beach. No stress in fighting beach traffic, finding a parking place, paying a parking fee up to $25 per day, packing up, then doing the same thing day after day. In case of rain, it is only a one minute walk back to the house.
By the way, the house is very near the location of the Warner Brothers movie, Winter, the Dolphin Tale, starring Morgan Freeman.  The dolphin can be seen at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, 5 minutes from the house.  Here is a link:

If you like to hike, walk north along the beach to Caladesi Island State Park, one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on the Gulf of Mexico. It takes a little over an hour, past the beach mansions. Caladesi Island is now joined with Clearwater Island although some maps still show the two separated. There are nature trails on the Island which has a forest ranger station and three climatic zones: a palmetto forest, a pine forest and a hammock canopy.
