Thanks for your review. I don’t understand I I do not understand.your comment about parking very tight. There is room for two vehicles in the driveway tandem and one public parking space in front of the cottage and Total. There are three possible parking spaces. Anyway I’m glad you enjoyed the property. Look forward to hosting you again.

The property is incredibly clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and very clean. Access to the beach is easy and accessible. Will be booking again in the future!

It was a great place to stay, quiet from the inside and sooo spacious, there’s plenty of room and it was very clean! My favorite part was how close the beach is you can walk barefoot. It was great! I would come back 100% but one thing they didn't provide was shampoos or any cooking seasoning/oil/cookingsprays which isn't that important but have noted when coming. The host was very helpful and helped with any questions we had. I would recommend for sure.

We were soooo happy with this place,clean,huge showers,great appliances, and best of all,less than a 1/2 a block to the beautiful sandy beach.....totally recommend and we will definitely book with Walter again,he was great,always responded to any questions we had.Thank you for such a great get away

Great location, as described: steps from the beautiful Clearwater north beach; close to more a residential area.Near to restaurants: a half mile walk south to the Salty Crab North Beach Bar and Grill, which we enjoyed.This house has a comfortable, older beach-house vibe, but has had some updating in the bathrooms and kitchen area.We enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was clean, we'll stocked and in an excellent area. A short distance from the beach and walking distance to Pier 60, shops, and restaurants but we was also able to find parking. Did need to reach out to host but response was quick. I would stay here again...it was great.

What an inviting little cottage. The porch surrounded by rosemary was a sweet beginning. Beautiful and comfy decor, lots of spaces to situate yourself and your stuff. And truly just paces from a lovely beach. Everything we needed was provided and we left with happy memories.

We had an amazing vacation! The home was cozy, very clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Perfect location with shopping and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio, spending the day on the beautiful, quieter beach with a perfect sunset every night. Would definitely recommend!

Being a native Floridian, this "old Florida" neighborhood, appealed to me. This cottage built perhaps in the early 20s has been lovingly and carefully updated and modernized. Everything works perfectly!!It is a short walk to the beach, I did not count the steps. The owner and management staff were extremely responsive. The house was very clean and comfortable. It also was well equipped with any-and-everything one could need. Nice gas grill, beach chairs and towels and an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Check in was a breeze.We got in and was very impressed. The cottage was much bigger than we thought, and bigger than the photos suggested.Loved the wee extras provided, like the extra toiletries and the vast amount of coffee pots.We were surprised not to see a kettle. ( it’s a Brit thing). Emailed the caretaker Mary, and one was delivered that night.That’s going above and beyond.

Walter was a very good communicator, he answered all my questions in a timely matter. The house was located right next to the beach. The only negative was the house had alot of bugs inside of it when we checked in. They were dead but we had to sweep up the floor. The Keurig died. Other then that it was a great stay. Cute house.
