  • We greatly enjoyed our week long stay at this lovely home!

"The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub, all of the decks and the lake (of course!) 😊 The steps down to the dock were a little challenging for us older adults but we looked at it as "excersize" 😄 and just paced ourselves. It was very nice to be so close to the grocery and shopping areas also. Wonderful, peaceful stay!"

  • It was perfect!!!!

"My daughter was graduating from UNG and we stayed in this amazing house for the graduation weekend. We had friends and family come for the graduation and this house had plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and how peaceful it was outside. It is a beautiful home!!"

  • Wonderful place for a family vacation!

"We loved everything about this home. The many bedrooms allowed for our married children to join us as well as my parents. We had 11 staying at various parts of the week. Because the house is only an hour or so from Atlanta, it made for an easy retreat, without the many hours on the road that it would have taken to get to an ocean/beach. The lake is lovely and pretty peaceful here. We spent hours swimming off the dock. Most restaurants are about 20 minutes drive away, but the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there is a Publix nearby. We especially appreciated the second coffee maker. We loved the pool table and ping pong as well as the many board games in the closets and cupboards. The lot is very steep, but the steps down to the dock make the trek very manageable. There were many good trees for hanging ENO hammocks. There is lovely original artwork throughout the home as well as shelves and shelves of interesting books. These extra touches made it feel very homey and welcoming. We would highly recommend this home for family vacations."

  • Great house & location

"The house is close to town and has a great central location on the lake. At the end of a cul de sac of a pretty row of houses. Master (California King bed) with master bath is on the main level along with a second bedroom (Queen bed) and bathroom in the hallway for general use or for that room's occupants. Upstairs are bedrooms #3 (Queen bed) and #4 (2 twin beds) with a jack and jill bathroom connecting them. Walk-out basement has a futon in an open game room that also has a pool table and TV. The 5th bedroom is also down in the basement with a single bed and is fine but a bit desolate towards the back across from the 4th bathroom. Dryer in the laundry room is ancient and I don't think it really works but who really wants to do laundry on vacation? Living room on the main level is super comfy with plenty of room for everyone. Views were beautiful. Deck was great. FYI- The treehouse is useless- old musty smell and look inside didn't make it a hangout for the kids."
