  • Beautiful House Lots of Room Great Location

"This house is absolutely beautiful, open and airy, and very clean. It had enough room for an army and plenty of parking space in the driveway. Great for families with kids - ping pong and other games, plus a multi-media room, in the basement level. Easy drive to Gainesville or Don Carter State Park. Kroger supermarket 5 minutes away. Our only complaint was that there were no end tables or coffee table to put our snacks and beverages on when we were relaxing in the living room. And given that there were 8 picky adults, if we could only come up with that one fault, it's saying something! The owners were nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house!!"

  • Outstanding house and experience - our favorite

"We've stayed in this house twice now, and it is our favorite when visiting Lake Lanier. The house is immaculately maintained by the owners - clean and well equipped for comfort. I rented the house for our annual fall fishing trip with my two sons, and ended up having another couple stay with us - they'd had to evacuate their home during Hurricane Matthew. Plenty of room for the five of us, and owners were most gracious in accommodating the last minute change. The boys caught a few fish off the dock We all enjoyed evenings out on the patio (which overlooks the lake) roasting hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire or grilling steaks. Thanks J & B, for a wonderful experience! We hope to stay with you again."

  • 21 RN's who all graduated together in 1972.

"This place was fabulous and just right for these age 65+ nurses, some of whom had not seen each other in 44 years. The website contained the info needed to plan sleeping for those who had to avoid stairs. The well equipped kitchen, multiple eating areas, and outdoor areas met our needs well. The five full bathrooms worked great for our group. We were oriented by Harold upon arrival and it was clear what was expected of our group. All our needs were met with everything connected to this house. I think our group will be back..."

  • The house was nice area was nice the faculty was nice but management, I was very dissatisfied!

"Reason for my dissatisfaction of management, was over the central a/c settings of the house. It is in the contract which I admit not having noticed stipulation that a/c was not to be lower than 74 degrees, we had it lower than 74 degrees due to outside temperature, preparing meals in afternoon and going in and out. Once management notified us of the contract stipulation, the management would raise the thermostat setting during the day by an online system while we were there. Apparently we were accused that there was water damage on the bottom level flooring which management attributed to our a/c usage. We paid for repairs from our deposit. Therefore, it was unrealistic with the 74 degrees setting the first week of August in the southeastern part of the U. S. Would never rent or lease from this management again."
