This property is a gorgeous private destination. The perfect spot for relaxation, and boating fun. We can also deliver the boat to your dock. The main house, guest house and guest cottage are all included. Hampton style estate with sprawling 18 acre property overlooking beautiful Lake Lanier. Luxury furnishings and finishes sparks images of family-style living spaces that are well-coordinated and comfortable. Private use of this exclusive property can only be reserved by North Georgia Boating Club Members. Not a Member? Membership is easy and affordable and offers exceptional member only boat rental values as well. You can not reserve this home without being a boat club member. Membership is only $200 per year! and will be included in quote. If you are already a member please deduct $200 from price quote. Compound includes 8 bedrooms (with complimentary 2 bedroom add on house) One enormous master suite, 7.5 baths, formal dining room, fireplace, separate 2 bedroom guest house with additional kitchen/living room, gazebo, private boat dock, and much more. Perfect place for a wedding, family reunion, meetings, retreats, and family vacations. Anything over 40 people would require a permit and an event fee of $1500 in addition to rental fee. Any dj or amplified music must be approved before rental.

Fabulous Family Reunion Location

Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here!

Our group of 11 had a great time. We were there for a staff retreat. It’s located in a beautiful setting on the water. There are deer all around the property. The home was well equipped. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic Family Reunion at Hampton Hill Estate

Hampton Hill Estate was a spectacular place for our family reunion! It was beautiful everywhere we turned and it was very well appointed and equipped to house our group of 22. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Just gorgeous! The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of dishes to cook and to serve everyone. The yellow carriage house was too far to walk to sleep in and much older than the main house or garage apartment, but it was perfect for the young adults of our group to drive up to the yellow house to sleep. The host was extremely responsive and kind - she went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay extra special! Our boat rental went super smoothly through the boating club. They were also very kind. We will be returning!

Family Gathering

Our Family had a wonderful time at the Hampton Hill home !! It was a very relaxing setting that made our family feel comfortable and a home away from home. The weather was great and allowed for fishing and hanging out outside in the covered porches. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful views and spending time together.

Excellent location for a large group!

We had a great time at the lake. Perfect spot for lots of people to gather and easy access to the lake (despite the uphill walk back to the house). The bunk room was fun for the kids, the garage apartment was lovely as well. The guest house was too musty for us to use which made finding enough beds a tad challenging but we were able to make it work.

Family Gathering

Despite some rainy weather, our time at Hampton Hill was peaceful and relaxing. There’s plenty of covered porches to visit on while watching the rain, a pool table set up in the garage, that allowed gatherings of family and ample room in the dining room to play games or puzzle. When the weather cleared, we were out in the water in a very nice Cove with very little boat traffic.

Friend Weekend

10 girlfriends and I stayed at this property for a weekend get together. The property was exactly as depicted and very spacious. My only other real feedback would be that the kitchen was sparsely furnished for entertaining. We had plenty of dishes and glasses, but there were absolutely no serving platters. Second, we also didn't have enough trash bags for such a large group. Why would there just be a couple of trash bags under the sink and lot a large box? Finally, the iron in the laundry was old and unuseable. Small issues, but a few details would have made everything perfect.

Great Family Reunion location

We stayed here with my entire family (4 siblings, spouses, my parents and all 18 grandkids). The property was gorgeous and the dock was a favorite hang out for all the kids. We brought kayaks and spent everyday on the water. The property was great for playing football and volleyball together. We enjoyed using the pool table, and the large dining room table was a great spot for meals, board games and even flower arranging in prep for my wedding. We originally planned to have our wedding ceremony on site but they wanted to charge more than we thought was necessary (we only had a few ~9 outside guests coming and they wanted to charge per person in addition to the event fee) so we opted to rent a perfect indoor space at the park that is just down the street for half the price and it worked out that it was indoors with the hot muggy June weather.) The kitchen is nice and big which was helpful for preparing and serving meals. It was nice to have a separate area in the basement for the kids to watch a movie while we played card games upstairs. The two washer and dryers on site were very helpful as well. There was plenty of private space upstairs for those that needed to work that week. The one thing that wasn’t clear in the listing was that one of the beds is actually in the closet of the Master Suite. We had planned on an adult staying in that bed but it was too awkward for him so he opted for the pullout couch in the guest house which was not comfortable, eventually he just chose to sleep on the couch. We only had two concerns during our stay: 1 - the front step had a large piece which was broken. 2- there were many ants in the guest house above the garage. I contacted the management company, they were very responsive they came and sprayed for the ants immediately plus fixed the step. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous property and would highly recommend it.

Great family reunion venue!

Everyone enjoyed our stay at Hampton Hill. There were quiet spaces for the babies to nap, and a basement hang out for the teenagers, a big kitchen we prepared all our meals in, and a beautiful quiet lake cove for swimming and relaxing on the dock. All the sheets, towels, & household supplies were provided for us, all we had to do was go grocery shopping to enjoy a private getaway for the whole family.

Perfect relaxing wedding weekend

We had family from Sweden, Portugal, Minnesota, New Jersey and Seattle all staying under one roof. What a fantastic time we had. The outdoor areas were breathtaking and the perfect spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Having the rehearsal dinner here on location was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful Property & View

Had an amazing weekend at this property. Had family and friends from out of town stay for a graduation party and it was great to have everyone under one roof. There was plenty of space/rooms/beds for all of our guests (About 20 overnight). Highly recommend and host was great!
