  • Beautiful views

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Pali Ke Kua 233. From the moment we arrived we were settled, the apartment boasts beautiful views and has all the comforts of home. We loved the beach in front of the apartments and spent most our time swimming, snorkelling and lying in the sand. Bali Hai were extremely helpful and we had all the information and more to enjoy our stay."

  • Amazing in every way!

"The location is perfect right before the Ritz Carlton one of the very last properties high up on the bluff with Hanalei bay right below. The property is well kept and Beautiful and the pool and Jacuzzi are super close to the condo. After a day of exploring Kauai is was great to come back here to relax and enjoy the comfort of your island home with amazing views from inside and out on the large lanai. Interior is very well done with comfortable furniture, heavenly beds and linens. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and open to living room and views as well. It was a great relaxing vacation and this condo was perfect. My Kauai home away from home! Mahlo and Aloha!"

  • Unmatched View!

"My wife and I have been traveling to tropical destinations since 1998 and this was by far the best view property we have ever stayed at! Leslie was a great host and had everything (and then some) you could want for the beach and the kitchen. We toured Princeville during our stay with Mark Goodman, a local RE expert in Princeville and can say there is not a better condo complex available by way of view and grounds. The grounds are just beautiful and the complex layout meanders with lots of grassy areas for the kids to run, and to walk about just above the ocean cliffs for even more amazing views. The pool was just across the street as was the local restaurant which was very nice and tasty despite it's reviews. (May have had a recent change of management based on other reviews, but the pizza was delicious and the staff was very attentive.) We sat for hours on the lanai every day, and the sunset from the property was just AMAZING! The walk to Hideaways beach is just below this condo, and Hidden Beach is just a short walk past the next condo complex to the west. My wife ran from our front door and said it was one of the most beautiful runs she has had. Views of the golf course and mountains form every turn, and very well maintained with gentle inclines/declines in topography. We loved that the master had a wall all the way up making it a true 2 bed unlike most floor plans in this complex that are actually lofts, and our 2 kiddos ages 7 and 9 loved having pool toys in the unit (they loved everything too!). Im not sure how I got so lucky finding this gem, or why she does not have more reviews (I honestly was a little concerned by that), but I can assure you this one will not disappoint. Vaulted ceilings, views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas of Bali Hi and the ocean, Tommy B beach chairs, lots of guide books, binocs to watch the surfers or look at the mountains, in unit washer/dryer, and a 6 min drive to the amazing town of Hanalei. My only concern would be hot summer months as there is no A/C, but this is the case for most places in this area. Hands down one of our top 3 vacation spots, and #1 view! Thank you Leslie for sharing your beautiful home!"

  • Pale Ke Kua is a great property

"The location and grounds are beautiful. The condo is very nice but lacking wifi. There wasn't even a pen or piece of paper to write on even though it had a beautiful office space. Small inconvenience which can easily be remedied. Upstairs unit, when occupied is very noisy. Not necessarily the tennant's fault. The construction allows for sound to travel. And the plumbing causes the upstairs water running or toilet flushing to sound like a raging waterfall. The TV is ancient"
