  • Amazing Sunsets!!!

"My husband and I stayed in this property for a little over a week. The condo is exactly as described - great location, beautiful views, well equipped, comfortable bed. We particularly appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkelling gear. Princeville was an excellent location, close to Hanalei (about 7 minutes). We took in many of the Kauai's natural sights and beaches - a car rental is a must. We drove around the island, with the longest drive being to Waimea Canyon (about 1 1/2 hours away.) We were lucky to have excellent sunsets most nights and loved being able to enjoy them while having a few drinks on the lanai. Kauai Vacations, the company responsible for the property, was very helpful. If you rent through them, download their app as we found the information they provided extremely useful. Check-in was smooth, as they provided the keys at our car rental place, and key drop-off was equally as smooth. Just one tiny warning, the mosquitos were abundant. This has nothing to do with the condo and is more of a reminder for guests to bring some good bug spray. The unit was at the end of the property, which gave us quite a bit of privacy as people weren't walking past our window. Someone mentioned the occasional noise from the street, but it didn't bother us at all (we live in the city, so we're used to it). Nevertheless, the cars were few and far between because Pali Ke Kua was almost at the end of the road, just before the St. Regis. We're already making plans for our next trip to this amazing island and look forward to staying at this unit again."

  • A trip exactly what I needed!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had such an amazing stay at Pali Ke Kua #111 this last November! The location and condo were exactly what was advertised, and the view couldn't be beat! It was such a relaxing way to start a day with a cup of coffee and sitting back being greeted by the local Ne Nes and variety of birds, however, no roosters! No crack of dawn wake up calls! Lisa from Bali Hai realty was responsive and helpful especially in making reservations at the nearby Princeville Ranch ziplining. So much to do on the island but it was always nice to come back to relax in this location. Even walked down to St. Regis to listen to live jazz and have drinks on one evening. Condo was really equipped with different things to make our stay better, from beach chairs and cooler, to fully equipped kitchen. I can't say enough positive things about the condo and Bali Hai Realty. Thanks for making our vacation so wonderful!"

  • Stunning Views, Quiet Location, Home From Home

"We have been renting in the US through VRBO for around 15 years and this condo is the best we have found. Amazing views - photos cannot even begin to show how stunning they are. Condo is a regular home from home. Everything you can think of is there. Kitchen and bathrooms are not ultra modern with designer appliances/fittings but they are fully equipped, clean and everything works and that's all you need. Very clean, well maintained and Angela is so easy and pleasant to deal with, although we had no problems or questions during our 16 night stay so really had minimal contact with her - which just shows how well operated Pali Ke Kua 218 is. Excellent beaches but swimming can be a challenge if you are not a strong swimmer. Found the beach at the St Regis worth the walk - very safe swimming and you get exercise with the 150+ steps. Added bonus is being able to use the hotel WIFI on the beach."

  • Wowza!

"Of all 3 places we stayed in Hawaii, this was our FAVORITE; myself, my husband and both daughters, ages 25 & 13 agree! This place is fabulous; comfortable, has a gorgeous view and stupendous location. The only problem? We didn't stay here every night instead of the other condos we booked (even one that was considerably more expensive). WE LOVED this place!!"
