  • Great place to stay.

"What can I say about the condo except FANTASTIC! The owner of this condo has thought about everything! From boogie boards to beach chairs to pots and pans etc. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Great price and it located like 100' from the beach. Do yourself a favor and rent this condo. You will love it. Mahalo"

  • Amazing family vacations!

"This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids, 2adults) The gardens are beautiful and we had a great time picking fresh fruits as star fruit and papayas! It is well located, center of Kihei, and easy access. The view from the balcony is beautiful! We had all our meals looking at the ocean. The beach in front of our condo Kamaole 2 was our favorite with the kids! The condo was well furnished with things for the beach. Nothing was missing. The staff and the neighbors were all friendly and helpful. The pool is huge and clean! We highly recommend this place!"

  • Next to Pool and BBQ Great Ground Floor Unit

"Awesome unit; 1 bedroom, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen.! Not just utensils and cookware, but spices and condiments as well. We had our 5-year old daughter, the closeness of the pool was a big plus. We used the community BBQ which is right next to the unit more than once. The drawers were packed full of many useful-while-on-vacation items. It was like a 'treasure hunt', there were a few times we returned from the store only to find what we went to buy already in the unit. I wish we'd have known how well stocked the unit was before we left the mainland, we could have left some things at home to leave room in the baggage for more gifts to bring back home. Also snorkel gear and boogie boards on the lanai. Mr Beaton was a pleasure to work with, quickly answered our emails with in-depth and thoughtful replies. Gave us great tips about the island. Really felt like we were dealing with a friend. The managing staff were very friendly, the grounds well kept as well. Fair price also a huge bonus.! We'll definitely stay again."

  • awesome location, awesome place!

"This was our first time staying in KKN 142 and it was absolutely perfect, would definitely stay here again. The unit has everything you need to be comfortable, plenty of beach gear (coolers, comfy beach chains, umbrellas, sandcastle stuff, boogie boards, beach towels, bamboo mats, even extra sun screen and aloe!). The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils you could possibly need. Comfortable king size bed with a large closet for stowing away your luggage and hanging up clothes. There were a lot of extra towels in the closet as well, which we appreciated. Everything was sparkling clean, Hope does a wonderful job of keeping the place tidy for guests. Hope was very helpful to us as we actually locked ourselves out of the unit by accident when we arrived--we did not realize the front door locks automatically upon closing, and we forgot to take the keys back outside with us when we went to grab luggage from the car. It was after-hours so the office was closed, but she was able to make some phone calls to get the security person on-site to find us and let us in. Hope really does a great job of making you feel welcome and at home-she was sweet enough to bring us some local treats which was very thoughtful. The location was very convenient too, not too far from the air port, but also reasonable driving distance to all the other major areas of the island. Since it's a first floor unit you don't have to hike up a bunch of stairs with your luggage. Having a GOOD beach across the street is amazing, and to top it all off you can see the sun set there every evening. We did a lot of exploring around the island and found that the beaches in Kihei were nicer than those in Lahaina, which seemed to be smaller and PACKED with tourists. Location is also good for shopping and restaurants - there were many restaurants within walking distance that were excellent."
