  • Wonderful place to stay in Kihei, Maui

"Comfortable, casual condo near the beach and shops of Kihei. Large king- size bed and updated spa-like bath. Close, and yet separated from the resort's pool. Secluded lanai the perfect place to relax in the evening"

  • Great location and excellent host!

"We're a family of three and we chose this condo primarily on the price, location and last minute availability for the season (late Aug). Jeremy was very quick to respond and very helpful, pro-active and friendly, helping us with tips for figuring out island logistics, food shopping and so on. The condo was great for our needs. A short walk to the beach (1 minute) and convenient for everything. We''ve grown very fond of Kam 2 beach over all the others. :-) The Kihei Kai Nani complex (or whatever you call it) was helpful (main office) and their pool was a real plus for our son, who learned to get comfortable there and had way more fun in the ocean as a result. The pool was never crowded and everyone friendly. The unit was in great shape, good amenities for the price, and a comfortable bed. No view of the ocean, but with it so close by, it doesn't really matter. There were lots of summer reading books, board games for our little guy, and an acoustic guitar, which was a really nice surprise. With both doors open in the late afternoon or evening, a nice cool breeze kept us comfortable. We rarely used the air con. If you're looking for food shopping within walking distance, we'd recommend the organic food store, which actually had pretty reasonable prices called Half Moon or something like that, on South Kihei Road, just a block or two up. Best food of the trip within walking distance was Cafe O Lei for dinner. Worst was Bistro 808 for breakfast, give that a pass. The beaches are beautiful and an early morning trip before the wind picks up is key. We saw lots of turtles in the water right from shore, and this beach seemed fairly tame for the season (Aug/Sept) for swimming as we did laps of it in the morning and even in the late afternoon. We'll definitely book again! Thanks very much for welcoming us into your condo, Jeremy. Mahalo."

  • Love the Kai Nani!

"My husband and I always stay at the Kai Nani when visiting Maui, 6 years in a row now, we cant imagine staying anywhere else! This was our first stay in this unit and I am pleased to say we were very happy with the location close to the pool yet far away from any road noise, only the beautiful sound of the birds we miss them already! The unit was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. We would definetly stay in this unit again and would recommend to friends and family as well. We look forward to our next visit!😎 Leanne & Steve"

  • Next to Pool and BBQ Great Ground Floor Unit

"Awesome unit; 1 bedroom, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen.! Not just utensils and cookware, but spices and condiments as well. We had our 5-year old daughter, the closeness of the pool was a big plus. We used the community BBQ which is right next to the unit more than once. The drawers were packed full of many useful-while-on-vacation items. It was like a 'treasure hunt', there were a few times we returned from the store only to find what we went to buy already in the unit. I wish we'd have known how well stocked the unit was before we left the mainland, we could have left some things at home to leave room in the baggage for more gifts to bring back home. Also snorkel gear and boogie boards on the lanai. Mr Beaton was a pleasure to work with, quickly answered our emails with in-depth and thoughtful replies. Gave us great tips about the island. Really felt like we were dealing with a friend. The managing staff were very friendly, the grounds well kept as well. Fair price also a huge bonus.! We'll definitely stay again."
