  • Great location, great value, everything you need.

"This unit is just as advertised. We loved the location, being right across the street from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores (although I still recommend renting a car to see other parts of the island). The condo was well-equipped, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler. It's not luxurious, but has everything you need. It was clean and in good repair. We used the pool once, but it was quite cold and very chlorinated, so the beach was a better option. For the price, I would definitely recommend it!"

  • Great family friendly condo - quiet, clean, updated with good views

"We recommend this family friendly condo! It's a prime corner unit six stories up on the top floor where it is quiet, clean, updated, and has great views. Staying here made for a great vacation with our two young kids. From the large corner balcony we could watch the sunrise over the mountains and we were pleasantly surprised by a great ocean view where we even saw some whale breaches waaaay in the distance. We enjoyed watching a meteor shower with the kids at night from the lanai (tip: check calendars for such events - no better place than Hawaii to watch the skies). Normally being on the top floor means a long trek to the car with your haul from Costco, but not a problem here because the assigned parking space is literally the one right beside the elevator! We had some rainy days during our vacation but were content to relax in the condo. There is basic cable and Wi-Fi but we forgot our hdmi connectors so couldn't put Netflix onto the TV for the kids - noted for next time. The place itself is updated, well kept and nicely decorated, so very comfortable with nearly everything you need for a family beach vacation. We regularly go to Maui and this condo is one of our favourites - we've actually stayed at other units in this building before which have louvered bedroom windows facing the walkway to the elevator so those units can be very loud. We were happy to find that all the windows in this unit are facing the outside of the building six stories up - much quieter :) We definitely would stay here again in the future!"

  • This was an easy, convenient location and comfortable stay.

"Convenient, quiet at night, all the amenities we required. My only criticism is the lack of lock on the door of the condo. It did not feel secure to only lock the screened gate."

  • Pre-Xmas Vacation

"The 3 of us had a wonderful time in this one bedroom / one bath condo. The location is great, right next to Wailea, with out the expense of Wailea. Great beaches right across the street. The condo is quiet, end unit with lots of privacy. The condo is nice and comfortable on the inside. We took full advantage of the amenities, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Yolanda, the Land-Lady is very professional and helpful. She asked about our arrival time, in advance to make sure the place was ready for us. Loved the personal touches, banana bread, a snack basket, a visitor guide, etc.. Yolanda mailed a Hawaiian puzzle for my 11 year old daughter a month before to get her all excited for the trip. She also put out stuffed animals and a box of Moana cereal for my daughter. Looking forward to returning to this condo."
