  • Wishing could stay longer!

"My husband and I had the most relaxing stay at this condo for our 1 year anniversary. The unit was clean and our hosts were helpful with any questions we had. The property had everything we needed for our stay (and then some)! We were so relieved not to have to rent a cooler, beach chairs and body boards. We slept like babies in the comfy bed and only peeled ourselves to wake up out of it, knowing we could go enjoy the Gazebo coffee and watch for Sea Turtles along the shore. We didn't have an ocean view, but it was only a short walk down to watch the waves or get on the beach. Our only wish was to stay longer!"

  • Gorgeous condo

"We spent the entire month of July in the condo and felt home from day one. The brand new kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you could expect at home. The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. We always ate on the lanai to enjoy the views, which are more spectacular than the photos let imagine. The ocean is a few hundred yards away and every ripple and whitecap is visible. The blue ocean is framed by Cook pines and distant Moloka'i. The colors at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. The condo is a few steps and at the same level as the carport, which is way more comfortable than the upstairs and downstairs units, requiring stairs climbing. The location of the condo is great as it gives access within a few minutes to half a dozen of the most gorgeous beaches of Maui. The low density resort was for us a much better option than most of the crowded beach-side resorts, which can be found all the way down to Lahaina. Dave was very helpful and accommodating. All in all, this extended stay was a great experience and we can't wait to get back to Maui"

  • AN AMAZING VILLA AND VACATION!!!

"We learned about Quam Properties last year while in Maui and emailed this year to enquire about one of their Kapalua Villa properties. Valerie Leon replied within minutes, she was so sweet and answered all my questions. I booked the Villa that evening and can honestly say Valerie made it the easiest booking I have ever done. The process of checking in was just as easy as they email you everything you need before you even get there. They have amazing customer service. When we arrived at the Villa it was just as beautiful as pictured, everything was clean and neat and all the furnishing modern and nice. You can tell it is well taken care of and had everything you would need. We loved staying in this villa, it was perfectly located and the view was great. We stayed for 11 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The Kapalua Villas are up the coast enough where you are away from the million people but close enough where you can go into Kaanapali and Lahaina. We shopped at Coasto and the Times market and enjoyed not having to go out every meal. As far as restaurants there is alot but we loved Sen sei in Kapalua, they have a 25% off early bird special we always go to, and for just a good hamburger and fries Cool Cats in Lahaina is great. I would highly recommend Quam Properties and contacting Valerie... We are already looking at next year and can't wait to go back."

  • Lovely, quiet condo

"This condo is in a very nice golf resort community. It is close to Kapalua Bay for swimming and snokeling and there are three excellent restaurants on the properties and several swimming pools. You can get everywhere on the island within an hour or two. Hana is about 3 hours out. It is higher up and gets a bit more rain than the rest of the west side so it is a bit cooler than in Lahaina. The beds are very comfortable and everything was well maintained. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the lanai. Thank goodness for AC. It was very hot after the Tropical storm blew by. You do have to climb some stairs getting to the condo so my recommendation for Age 55+ is edited if you can climb stairs without a problem. We had some problems with the TV reception which was being fixed as we left. Should be good for anyone following us. It was a very good stay on Maui."
