  • Great people

"We stayed at Wahi Pana in June of 2016 and had a great experience. My daughters, wife, and son in law stayed for 2 weeks and then traded off to my wife's parents for the remainder of the month. All had a great time. Unfortunately, all of our cell phones and wallets were stolen from our rental van while receiving surfing lessons at Chun's reef, 2 days into our vacation. (Take home: don't leave items in your car). The home's caretaker, Rodney, came to our rescue. He loaned us his cell and time on his home phone and offered numerous other services to help us rebound from a bit of a vacation nightmare. Can't say enough about him. Outstanding guy. The home easily met all our needs, but it was the service that saved our vacation. You can't go wrong staying in this wonderful home as the spirit of Aloha is alive here. Thanks again."

  • Beautiful views and wonderful local community, makes your vacation better!

"Amazing sunrises with turtles in your backyard, the gorgeous mountains to the front of the house, everything that were in the previous reviews were exactly what we experienced. And the turtles greeted us every morning, it was amazing. The owners have everything that you can think of in the home, and some things that we never thought of. Used the beach equipment that they left for us, and we found that the best beach was about 10 minutes north driving, on the right. Amazing cliff views, and nice sandy beach. Went there many times during our time here. We visited honolulu a few times, but as we drove back to the house in traffic, truly loved the idea that we were away from the tourists (even though that's what we were too). The food trucks, and local stores just minutes from the house were amazing, great shout out to "Shrimp Shack" and "Guadalajara Grill", met the owners for both, and well worth the trip to visit. You are minutes from the Polynesian center, make time for this, it's awesome. Drove to the north west shore, it's fun to visit, and the waves are huge, but still loved coming home to Hauula. Use yelp, and you'll find the best things to do. A great big thank you to the owners of this property, we were sold to rent once we saw that one of the reviewers said that they had returned and after making this our 20th anniversary trip, we have to say that we cannot wait to go back, and we will most definitely request the owners from this property if we can stay again."

  • Mahalo for this gem!

"We just returned last week from staying at this rental, and it was everything I could have wanted. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and Waikiki, you have what essentially is a private beach and George makes sure to have amenities included in the property to help you enjoy your stay, such as beach chairs and towels and snorkelling equipment. Even little things such as soap and paper products are there when you arrive. The place was wonderfully clean and we had no problems. The view is outstanding and I would recommend watching the sunrise every morning like we did. It is very peaceful getting to fall asleep each night to the sound of the surf. There is a reef on this area of the island that keeps the bigger waves at bay and makes it a wonderful spot for swimming, snorkelling, and even relaxing. Close to North Shore and delicious food trucks. We decided only a few days into our stay that (when!) we come to Hawaii again, we are going to stay in this exact place. Free parking and a strong internet connection are also nice amenities. We couldn't get the TV to turn on, but didn't miss it at all. Mahalo George for sharing your property with us and making my dreams of paradise come true!"

  • We loved the North Shore!

"We had stayed on Waikiki Beach for business for 6 nights and were definitely excited to get away from the hustle and bustle. We arrived to a spacious and stocked home that allowed us a very short walk to an amazing beach spot! We enjoyed being able to make quick day trips further north and were glad that we could just walk to the store up the road to grab food and groceries! The area was quiet and everything was nice! We enjoyed our stay, felt welcomed by the locals and definitely would come back! Mahalo for everything and Aloha!"
