  • Hidden Gem at Waikiki

"My husband and toddler son stayed here for 8 nights, and we were very satisfied with each night. The property is managed by Miou, and she was friendly, thoughtful and helpful when she went the extra mile to help me find a doctor when my son got sick (URI). The pictures that are posted are accurate, so the view is relaxing and the location is quiet, and the building has high security. The air conditioner was quiet and worked nicely, shower water pressure was excellent and mattress was comfortable. There are tons of places to eat within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family."

  • Cozy condo with a lot of amenities.

"Loved that Gina made arrangements that fit our arrival time to get us the keys. Fantastic that we were only a block away from the beach and had chairs and an umbrella to use. Clean and made a great vacation keeping us out of the main hustle and bustle of the center of Waikiki. Lots of places within walking distance and loved that when we were on the street outside we could hear the elephants at the zoo when they made there trumpet noise. Definitely worth the money. Will stay again whenever we return for vacation."

  • Perfection!

"I moved to Los Angeles from Oahu almost 30 years ago, and I return home every couple of years to visit family. When I go home, I usually take 1 friend who stays with me at my regular spot, the Moana. However, this trip, I decided that it would be a 4 gal trip....2 40 somethings, 1 60 something, and me (50 something)....all very young at heart! We wanted a location that was close enough to the beach so we could spot each other from the room on the beach, and at the same time, be in the heart of Waikiki so we could walk to restaurants, shops, and clubs at night. Additionally, since we had a group of 4 it was important to have a comfortable living room / entertaining, common area so we ladies could sit around and have coffee, chit chat at the end of the day, etc. The unit: This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was the right and perfect unit for our needs. Photos don't do the place justice. The sunsets from the lanais are beyond magnificent! The master bedroom was amazing with a huge walk in closet, double sinks to spread out, and door between the master toilet and sink area. The master overlooks the ocean and has a sliding door that leads to the lanai...we slept with that door open every night and feel asleep and woke up to the lovely sound of the waves. I had a baby shower for my sister and had 25 people over comfortably no problem. There is a buffet counter in the dining area that was perfect for the event. Ample seating inside and out. Another great thing was the keyless entry! We didn't have to share a key between the 4 of us...we just each wrote the key code / combination and were able to access the unit independently. Every amenity (icemaker, and even Bedais in both bathrooms!) Additionally, parking is free daily! At the Moana I think the parking was $40 per day! The washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry and return home with clean clothing. We purchased all of the things we know we would need from Kmart on the way into Waikiki from the airport (laundry detergent, inner tubes / noodles, sun screen, food, snacks, etc.). Be sure you ask Paul to show you how to utilize the TV and actually operate it before he leaves...we had to call him to get it to work for us. Service: Paul the property manager was amazing. The Captain Cook office team was tremendous in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Bottom Line: I will find it difficult to stay anywhere else going forward...I am spoiled now with the room and location!"

  • Beautiful views!

"The unit was clean, the master bed was comfortable, there was a nice breeze in early morning while having our coffee and tea out on the lanai. Loved watching the boats come into harbor. The fire works on Friday night were phenomenal - had the best view. The living dining room combination is very nice. The lanais were clean and adequately furnished. Everything is conveniently located near this unit. A few items of concern: the master tub drain was very slow to empty (about 1/2 hour) after the first morning shower - I informed the the management office and was told this would be corrected that afternoon. This issue was not addressed until the following day after going back to the office to again inform them of the problem. The living area rug was curled on one end and this produced a tripping hazard. The beds do not have fitted sheets and the the bed had to be remade every morning because the bottom sheet pulled completely out on one side. The WIFI connection did not work on the second day and again it took until the next day to correct this issue even though it was brought to the attention of the management staff. A few of the drinking glasses were not clean and had to be washed before use."
