  • Best deal in Waikiki!

"The Ilikai is such a great location in Waikiki. The unit was impeccably clean and had adequate supplies--towel, dishes, tableware, etc. our favorite part was the balcony it has a cozy futon and privacy shades. The view for the Friday fireworks are perfect! There is no need to go downstairs to try to get a better view. There is no better place to view the fireworks than from this balcony. Benson was very easy to work with it. We forgot 4 jackets and he went out of his way to make sure we could them. Thank you for such a great stay !"

  • Great place to stay for first trip to Hawaii

"Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, beach and entertainment. We used the bus regularly, just a 2 minute walk. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo to Roger for allowing us to access the condo earlier in the morning on the day of our arrival. This was much appreciated."

  • Very Nice Waikiki 14th Floor Corner Unit, Great Views

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for three nights prior to our Pride of America sailing. The 15-story building is an older structure, as are most on the beach, but well maintained. It has its own 7-level parking garage, US$20 per night. The unit itself has been updated to current standards, granite in kitchen and bathroom, carpet and tile floors, stainless appliances. This unit is a 14th floor corner unit with Juliette balcony facing the marina and ocean on the end, and left-glass facing Waikiki beachfront and the man-made lagoon in front of the Hawaii Hilton Village. There are plenty of great any-price-level restaurants and shops in walking distance. For seafood lovers, we recommend the Chart House which is street level in the building (not part of the chain). There is also a food truck on the beach/lagoon that had good casual food (Gilligan's when we were there). Since we had a car, we drove one day to Pearl Harbor area and did the wonderful USS Arizona, Missouri, and Bowfin exhibits (suggest buying the Passport option in advance). Another day we drove towards Diamondhead and other coastline views, all fantastic!. But in Waikiki we walked. The unit is very clean, the management company is well organized and has plenty of pre- and even during occupancy contact, and even has an app that gives you plenty of local information. We didn't need maintenance but Mike the local maintenance engineer called to see if everything was okay, a very friendly fellow we also met on the elevator. Oh, the kicker was we ended our stay Friday night with a fireworks show courtesy of the Hilton, and could not have had better seats than this corner 14th floor unit. We highly recommend if you are interested in being in the Waikiki area, which is convenient to Honolulu and other parts of the Island."

  • This Suite was Sweet!

"This 3 bedroom 3 bath Penthouse Unit was awesome. It is centrally located in Waikiki and walkable to everything -- restaurants, shopping and the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is rare in Waikiki and all bedrooms are spread out around the living room so everyone has privacy. The furniture is exactly as depicted on the site which might appeal to some, but not all, as it is very "royal" but does fit in with the theme for the Royal Gardens. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The rental agent, Hazel, was amazing and answered all questions and was quite helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"
