  • Perfect for a couple, everything you need!

"We have been here for the month of February, and it has been home. Stays cool and comfortable with the breezes through the opposing windows. Only needed to turn air conditioning on twice, and that was more to drown out the noise of partiers on the roof of the hotel next door. Lawn chairs and towels were handy and used daily. Lots of kitchen utensils, everything you need to cook some of your own meals.Unit is very quiet if all the windows are closed, and only one floor up to rooftop terrace. Mike very promot to respond to any queries or problems we had and when fluorescent in BR burned out he supplied lamps till it could be repaired, which was done quickly. All in all, would definately stay again-sad to leave...Only thing missing was a lanai, but rooftop terrace and proximity to beach and ocean compensate well for that!"

  • Fantastic location and large size suite.

"The location of the suite cannot be beat. Literally across from the beach. It is a very comfortable suite that was much larger in size than and easily accommodated my family. Living room furniture was very comfortable and so was bed. We had issue with one of the AC unit and that was rectified by property manager. The kitchen area does need updating and so does the bathroom. The blinds also need to be updated since some are missing. Overall, if I were returning back to Hawaii, I would reserve again because the suite size and location cannot be beat."

  • judy p

"Location, location, location. Across street from Fort Debussy Park, so no looking into high rise. Views of ocean and Diamond Head. Across street from Hilton Hawaiian Village, feel free to walk thro their gardens. This is an older building, but clean. A/c worked perfectly. Fast elevators to 19th floor. QUIET place. Many restaurants nearby. I didn't have a car, bus nearby and drivers very helpful. Rented from nearby Alamo for day drive around island."

  • Very comfortable

"This unit was very comfortable for a family of 4 with two teen boys. Unexpected peekaboo view of the ocean was a plus and the walk to Waikiki beach was quick. Having a kitchen with adequate cooking supplies keeps the budget happy since teen boys can really tuck in their meals. The pool was small but we came here for the ocean so that is only a minor ding. Boys report the weight room was small as well, but they were pleased to get a workout in. The reserved parking was so nice as the streets around the unit are tight. The main reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the neighborhood is a touch sketchy. We had no issues but I wouldn't walk it alone after dark. Clothing storage was a little lacking."
