  • Perfect getaway townhome

"This is a great townhome with a garage. Just minutes away from Grand Targhee for skiing in winter, or hiking and biking in the summer months. The home was very clean and comfortable with all the bedding and furnishings. We had a little trouble with the WIFI on the 1st day of arrival (Sunday) but it was quickly resolved. The home was clearly labeled with instructions on how things are to be handled and properly maintained. I was so appreciative of the stackable washer/dryer combo too. All bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full baths and a half bath on the main floor. They even had bear spray in the storage closet in case of bear encounter on walk, jog or hike. Something I would have never thought of living in the desert of Arizona. A bear was actually reported within our community on the 4th night. We sooooo wish we could have seen it! We didn't get to see much wildlife on our trip into West Yellowstone due the fires that were burning there (August 2016) at the time. We enjoyed the 45 min ride into Jackson Hole, and thoroughly had a blast on the Snake River for whitewater rafting, the Alpine Slide and Cowboy Coaster at the Snow King Resort. Jackson Hole is always a fun town summer or winter. The view from the top of the TRAM at Teton Village is amazing. Canoeing in Jenny Lake was also a blast. So much to see and do! We definitely recommend this townhome in the summer season and hope to try it in the winter season as well."

  • Superb Home

"Top quality residence, attention to detail truly awesome. Do note that properties situated within extreme climates such as Driggs will have some bugs periodically, which we experienced, but were handled expeditiously by the owners representatives. Grand Teton view is simply off the charts. In winter, an AWD is recommended not only for the property but for the entire Teton Valley - weather conditions in the mountains can change rapidly. Chef's dream kitchen, everything you need is there. Terrific gas grill as well, and WITH fuel - too many VRBO's seem to forget to check propane levels. Indoor garage parking for 2 large vehicles. Master suite bed was too comfortable. Watching football games from the oversize, extremely inviting great room couch was, well, fit for the ultimate couch potato. Sound system super EZ to use. Direct TV, most channels you need. Entire residence super clean, think I spotted 1 cobweb during the week. Separate upstairs wing with Master BR and kids BR - - would give 2 couples and two kids plenty of space, if more kids then could probably crash on the plush carpet. Gas fireplaces make you forget very quickly about building wood fires nightly. If there was a hot tub, the unit would be deserving of a 6-star, however the wife loved the steam room in the Master suite. Grocery store in Driggs 5 miles away, has everything for your kitchen. There's a Super WalMart in Rexburgh for anything else. Owner has a beautiful Christmas Tree with lights and ornaments for your usage, we had brought our own and left them for future renters. Happy New Year and many Mahalo's to the owners, Bill & Dianna. Like we were staying at a friends home."

  • Perfect Location, Beautiful Home, Incredible Views

"This was our second year visiting Teton Valley to ski at Grand Targhee. The first year we stayed off of Ski Hill Road with the intention of being closer to the ski area. Although a nice place, it lacked character and views. We spent a lot of time going through all the options for a rental in the area that would satisfy our need for a well rounded vacation. This home was simply perfect. From the minute we arrived, we felt right at home. We met the caretaker shortly after we arrived and he was available to ensure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The views of the Tetons in the mornings and evenings were breathtaking. It was so nice to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset everyday with the most spectacular show of light on the Tetons. The house was very well laid out with the bedrooms on the second floor and a gathering area that had huge comfortable bean bags to kick back in front of a large picture window looking out at the mountains. No expense was spared on the comfortable beds and high quality linens and towels. There were even large thick towels for the hot tub. The main floor was very nice with a great kitchen(it had everything we needed), dining room and very comfortable family room. One of the biggest highlights was the wood burning fireplace. The room included two very comfortable couches and an HD TV. The home is beautifully decorated with amazing detail that brought out the essence of the Teton Valley. The hot tub was well maintained and we used it every evening after skiing. Driggs was only 3.5 miles away and Victor was worth the 12 mile drive to visit the Moonshine Liquor store that had an incredible selection of nice wines. The local Vodka distillery is right down the road. Even if you do not drink alcohol or specifically vodka/bourbon, you would still be fascinated by the tour. They have won national wards and are a local business. Of course the skiing was amazing, we love the local feel of the Grand Targhee Ski Area. They have every level of skiing and we enjoyed being up on the mountain daily. The extra five minute drive to Targhee is so worth it when you wake up to a view of the mountains. If you are considering a trip to the Teton Valley, this is in our opinion one of the highest quality VRBO's that we have ever stayed in. We will definitely come again and have already recommended it to close friends and relatives."
