  • Everything we hoped for and more

"Great view. The chairs were put to good use watching the tide come in and out and watching the full moon rise over the trees and water. The house was in excellent shape and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Extras included maps and brochures to help you plan your week. Very quiet and away from the crowds, but an easy drive to get to Acadia and Bar Harbor area. Enjoyed the hiking in Acadia National Park. There is something for everyone."

  • Cozy Cottage

"Our stay at the camp was wonderful. We found everything we could possibly need and more. Enjoyed BBQ's on the deck and spent as much time as possible on that cozy porch. The view was beautiful and hearing the loons calling was so cool."

  • Beautiful views! Lovely Cabin!

"Honastly the pictures and descriptions do not do this cabin justice. The cabin sits right on the lake and water can be seen from almost every window in the house. Each morning we'd come into the living room and say "WOW!". The lake truly surrounds the cabin, it almost appears as though you are floating on crystal clear blue water. Set back about 8 acres from a dirt road this really is a peaceful secluded vacation destination. My son loved canoeing with his dad, exploring the giant boulders, swimming, and trying to catch frogs. My baby loved playing in her play yard on the deck overlooking the lake and watching all the birds, which included a bald eagle and loons. My husband and I enjoyed reading, fishing, making smores by the camp fire and star gazing. By far our favorite part of the cabin was lying on the deck after the kids were asleep and watching the stars, satellites, metior shower, and milky way while hearing the loons and the water crash on the rocks. The cabin is overall very cozy and welcoming. The beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was great. There is plenty to do at the cabin and Acadia National Park is only and hour away. Definitely worth the 9 hour drive for this extremely relaxing vacation."

  • great location!

"Very enjoyable apartment right on the ocean. Spent many hours just reading and enjoying the view from the point on the property overlooking the water. We were also close to Acadia Nat'l Park which we explored often in our 2-week stay. Hosts were always available and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and the description was accurate. Highly recommend for a couple looking for a quiet place on the coast of Maine."
