  • Peaceful

"Quiet peaceful place right off Route one was convenient and comfortable. Cozy warm for us visiting from Florida for the holidays. Country beauty out of every window. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful."

"If you are looking to relax... Moonlight is it! Old school charm and views for days. A big part of charm... true working harbor unlike anywhere!"

  • Beautiful property, very well maintained very gracious host.

"I stayed at this home with my 12 year old son and 14 year old daughter. We had a great stay. They house is beautiful, very comfortable, tastefully appointed, very clean fresh feel. Gorgeous views from the big windows. Home is well equipped and modern. The only down side is the proximity to a main road, but due to sparse traffic that turned out to not be an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful yet a very short ride into the heart of town. Michelle is a gracious host and a pleasure to interact with. We will certainly repeat. Thank you Michelle!"

  • Perfect place to stay

"Sea Lavender Cottage is a beautiful, newly-renovated home with sweeping views of Great Salt Bay. The home is clean and cozy, with bright, whimsical decor that makes it feel like a true getaway. The highlight of the home is the beautiful 180+ degree view of Great Salt Bay, which you can glimpse from almost every room in the house (you can even see it from the master bathroom's shower!). The dock stocked with kayaks and a canoe, the close access to quaint Damariscotta, and the short drive to the Pemaquid peninsula means there are no shortage of things to do during your stay – although you may be tempted to stay in, embracing the slow pace of Maine life from the comfort of this cottage."
