  • Maine in September

"We stayed here for 3 nights. It was lovely. A lot of care has gone into the decorating, cleaning and ambiance of this cottage. We loved the screen porch, great for an evening beer or early morning coffee. Jim went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and were happy with the accommodations. Location is very nice - in between Searsport and Belfast so accessible to all of the charming towns south along the bay as well as being able to travel north to Acadia NP. Be aware, this little cottage sits among a few other seaside cottages and is not isolated but that added to the charm with the colorful little cottages nestled up from the water. They are far enough away for privacy and we had no issues with noise or traffic. I am sure if you choose this rental, you will be very happy with it and am confident it will make your Maine stay even more special. We loved it and hope to return again soon."

  • Great property! House was perfect for family members to enjoy - kids and adults alike.

"Spent a week at this house just outside Camden near a huge:gorgeous lake but also near beach, bakeries and a great coffe place. Both kids - 13 and 7 - as well as adults enjoyed the game room but also the porches at night to star gaze or have a cocktail. Plenty of room for all of us to have privacy or family time if we wanted. Location was central to so many other experiences. Owners were responsive to any issue (which was non existent). Was actually happy we were away from the chaos of Camden (where we have stayed before) in high season. Would recommend highly and go back w/ o hesitation!"

  • Beautiful home

"We traveled to Belfast, ME in July 2016. We were about hour and half from Acadia National park and hour from Rockland/Rockport, traveling route 1. We enjoyed 2 bedrooms with 3 full beds. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with plenty of towels and warm water in shower. Kitchen had just enough space. Best part of home was screened porch and open porch that looked out to bay. I would recommend this home for anyone who wants to explore mid coast Maine."

  • A special Place

"This cottage is a true vintage spot with beautiful views and great swimming. It is close to downtown Camden and all the surrounding activities. The interior is neat and clean and harkens back to 65 years ago when my grandparents owned it! A treasure indeed!"
