  • Outstanding!

"This is a great house to vacation with a large family. I had most of my extended family with me (9 adults and three children). Everyone had plenty of room and really enjoyed a great time at this beautiful house. The pictures just do not do justice to the house. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. The house is comfortable and provided a great location for many hours of family fun. What a great way to vacation."

  • Wonderful and Charming Bath location

"Bath is a wonderful town with some of the kindest people around. We love the area, and are glad we found this place to stay. We stayed here with our 5 young children. The house had plenty of space, was very comfortable and was a perfect spot for our meals and sleep. Word of warning...It is not childproofed, so please ensure your children are house-proofed. Ours did fine, but I would hate to see any of the owner's items broken. Our kids loved exploring the place and the yard. My girl's imaginations were fueled and they wrote all kinds of stories and drew pictures of the place in their diaries. The beds were comfortable, and the instructions from the owner were very simple and easy to follow. The views were amazing and the location is incredibly convenient to Bath and the surrounding areas. A beautiful place. I hope to return soon."

"This is a great place to stay. The beach is located just across the street and you have beautiful views of the sunrise and the lobster boats. The restaurants are within walking distance and very convenient. We ate at Dots' in the mornings and the Lobster Pound one evening. Both were very good. We spent a lot of our time in Acadia National Park. The drive to that area was beautiful. Dotted with small New England towns and beautiful old homes. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Coming from Georgia and some pretty warm temperatures, I was concerned about the lack of air conditioning but the evening temperatures were cool and daytime temperatures were low eighty degrees and always a breeze . We even got a message from Mr. Pinkham to turn on the heat one evening when the temperature dropped into the fifties. I traveled there with my 21 year old grandson and 19 year old granddaughter and my 45 year old son. There was plenty to see and do for all of us young and old. Thank you to the owner, George Pinkham for allowing us to stay in your vacation rental."

  • The sunsets you can watch from the house are worth the price of alone.

"Nice secluded area. It is so quiet at night, the only thing you hear are the loons. The sunsets are breathtaking. Access to the lake is right there. Canoed multiple times on the beautiful lake! Definitely will recommend this place."
