  • A wonderful place to kick back, unwind, and enjoy nature in a lovely setting and comfortable cottage

"Biscay Sunsets is the perfect place to recharge one's batteries! We took a few side trips to Pemaquid Point, New Harbor and Christmas Cove, but each time we breathed a sign of relief upon returning to the cottage where we would take a swim and/or settle into the adirondack chairs to enjoy the soft breezes. Swimming, walking, boating, horseshoes, reading, and swinging in the hammock... Can't wait to return!"

  • Great location and great size for two humans and two dogs!

"Overall our stay was great-plenty of good outdoors activities to do nearby. We were familiar with the area so that was a big plus for us. AND thanks for being Dog friendly---our 13 year old lab actually went swimming for the first time in years!"

  • Cottage on the bay

"We got to the house after dark and found the House. Basic house covering all your needs. When we woke the next morning and saw the view for the first time we where amazed. The owner was very attentive and we plan on a return visit. Did not kayak but would be a great place to go. Also the transportation Museum in Owls Head is worth a visit. The house is in quite area but close enough to main roads."

  • Always The Best Time of Our Year!

"This is our third summer to spend time in this cabin on Spruce Head Island. We've come to know it well, love its rustic quirkiness, and feel at home now with the island and the many neighbors we've come to know. The location is perfect - secluded, yet convenient for trips into Rockland, Lockport, Camden, and not a long drive to locations such as Bar Harbor and Boothbay Harbor. Nothing beats spending an evening on the deck with cocktails, followed by making a delightful dinner in the kitchen while watching the boats on Lobster Cove at sunset... unless it's watching the boats on Lobster Cove on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee! As always, a highly recommended destination!"
