  • Fantastic Maine coastal getaway!

"Our family spent a week at this gorgeous home and loved every minute. The house is beautiful and comfortable with water views on all sides. Private and remote in feel but only a 5 minute walk to one of the best lobster shacks around. Adirondack chairs on the point for reading. Lovely patio to watch the sunsets. Dock for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. The owner Rick answered every question within minutes. He also gave us some great local tips. I didn't want to leave!"

  • Great location - Unique home

"Lee's house was in the perfect location for our South Portland stay. It was a five minute walk to Willard Beach or just ten minutes to drive into Downtown Portland. Scratch Bakery was a two minute walk from the house, where you can get coffee, sandwiches and salads, or any kind of baked goods you can imagine. The house was well suited for all of our needs. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need for cooking meals. Lee has a lot of great art and unique furniture to make the house one of a kind. Lee was very accommodating and friendly and even waited around for us to get there later in the evening than expected because of flight delays. He walked us through the entire house and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. Lee even gave us a couple options of events going on around us that we might be interested in attending. We left a pair of shoes at his house and he put them into the mail right away to get them back to us. I would definitely recommend staying at this artist's retreat, and we will be returning if we are ever in the area again! Thanks Lee!"

  • Very nice short term stay

"During our holidays in New England we spent one week at the Sea Grass farm. We loved the spacious and comfortable house. Also it was a perfect starting point for day trips."

  • Glad We Returned

"We returned to this vacation rental in 2016 to find it as nice as we remembered in 2010: still well maintained, bright and airy, and fully stocked to make our stay home-like and convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the deck when we weren't out and about on Cape Elizabeth, in Portland, or touring the Casco Bay islands. My husband took early morning walks on the beach which is accessible via a short walk across the street and down a boardwalk. The unit has such a comfortable bed in the master bedroom and large closets and storage throughout. It is so quiet here at night. Pure relaxation. Read my review from 2010 to learn more."
