  • Charming,cozy cottage

"We came to Maine to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. This cottage was the perfect place. Beautiful views, great location, and clean with everything we needed. This was definitely one of our most relaxing vacations, ever. Highly recommend this cottage."

"This is our 5th year coming and we look forward to it every year - the home feels like a second home to us. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Secluded as it sits on the end of the street - would live there year round if we could!"

  • Wonderful Oceanside winter weekend.

"A group of us, family and friends, celebrated the new year in this beautiful spacious Freeport home. The ocean wrapped around most of the house - predominantly cliffs of glacial boulder on one side and stairs that lead down to a small sandy beach on another side. Since it was winter we did not get to use the long pier but it's there for you. The kids went sledding and built a fort. We hiked through snowy fields and forest and along the ocean bluff, just by stepping out the front door. The bedrooms were comfortable and the one with no ocean view was my daughter's favorite. The entire place had a great energy about it. The town lost power but we didn't know because a generator took over which was very much appreciated. There is a lot of room for a large group to sit in the open dining area to cook, play games and talk. Plenty of chairs, sofas, a daybed, surrounded by window after window with the most breathtaking ocean views. Lots of little nooks for the the children to play in with a variety of games and puzzles for them in a trunk. There is an extensive collection of books, many of them on history and anthropology. I could've read the entire winter away, cuddled up by the fire and watching the seabirds paddle by. It is a truly spectacular sanctuary."
