Could not be better

5 of 5
Everything was wonderful from arrival to departure. Jim and Tudor could not be more accommodating or available. The view is outstanding. Wonderful to sit out back at sunset to not only enjoy the setting sun but also taps being played at the Navy base across the water. We had a party of 13 including five children ages 2, 7, 8, 9, 10. They loved their accommodations and were able to fully enjoy the outside finding crabs, turtles, sea glass, etc. They had plenty of room inside for their indoor activities. Even with four families and thirteen people we all had our privacy. Especially fun watching the fishermen coming in with their catches or lack thereof. Obtained two pounds of fresh Pollock one night right off the boat. Cute shops and bakeries nearby (crullers at Lil's expensive but addictive and Beach Pea croissants delicious). Grocery about ten minutes away as are the Kittery Outlet stores. One would never know this as there is perfect solitude and quiet. Within easy drive of many attractions and towns such as Kennebunkport as property only ten minutes from I-95. We could not have been more satisfied, comfortable or made to feel more at home. Would definitely return.

Very Enjoyable

A nice quiet place for a relaxing vacation. The house is great with its rustic charm and a wonderful deck for reading, eating, and for just enjoying nature. The owner is very helpful and communicates well. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown Portsmouth NH. This turned out to be one of our favorite vacation spots.
