  • Clean and spacious house for our family of 6 with a large dog.

"Ed's home was a wonderful retreat for our family vacation! Centerville is a quiet village with proximity to area attractions (like Hyannis, and whale watching cruises). We enjoyed the General Store to explore for penny candy for the kids. The playground is shaded and across the street from the General Store. Don't forget to stop by 4 Seas for ice cream!"

  • Outstanding time at this adorable "house on the marsh".

"This beautiful, exceptionally clean and well maintained home, was ideal for our family members who were attending a family reunion on Lake Wequaquet. The house and amenities were as described but we found it to be even lovelier than we expected due to the owner's design sense, and special touches such as providing a Kuerig coffee machine with coffee! All three bedrooms were very roomy with lovely decorations, and comfortable beds. The master bedroom and bath were large with lovely furnishings. The house was very up to date with many hi tech features, such as Nest and special lighting that made it exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful with new appliances, and plenty of counter space as well as an adjacent dining room that easily seated the six of us as well as a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle! The deck also had an additional table and chairs as well as an excellent Weber Grille. The owner was also particularly thoughtful and provided beach towels and chairs as well as a parking sticker for the local beaches. All were very much appreciated! And for the evenings, she also provided helpful pamphlets about local restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay immensely, are looking forward to returning, and would highly recommend to others!"

  • Comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet

"I stayed at this property Saturday - Tuesday of Labor Day weekend. I was looking for a place that would provide me the amenities of home at a reasonable price - and did this place do that. The place was beautiful, clean and conveniently located near everything I wanted to do. There were two of us with two other family members joining us for one night. We had more than enough space. And although I didn't get to use the canoe or outdoor fire pit, I was so glad to have them. The only reason I didn't use them was because it rained. Mark and Natasha were great. Mark provided a brief tour of the facility upon my arrival and I was most great fun that they accommodated my arrival time. I'm a big person on cleanliness and comfort. After this experience, I'll no longer stay at an hotel. This place was great. I recommend it for anyone looking for the clean comforts of home. The property is large which provides great space for families who stay. Thank you Natasha and Mark, I look forward to booking with you again soon."

  • Lovely Stay

"We rented this cottage for two weeks in July and loved it. The location couldn't be beat (3/4 minutes walk to Craigville Beach and the view from the rooftop deck and back deck were awesome. The wildlife seen from the back deck was really great and we looked forward to watching the cranes, ospreys, etc. The sunroom was our favorite part of the cottage. The owners were easy to deal with and most accommodating. The basket of 'goodies' was a very nice touch and the cottage was very clean and quite homey. We loved everything about the place and we had a wonderful vacation stay. Thanks again for everything!!!!!!"
