  • Perfect Place for a Family Vacation

"My family and my two brothers with all their kids had a great time at this location. We took advantage of the large kitchen area, the front porch, the nice backyard area to congregate all week long just catching up and playing games. This location has great access to the First Encounter beaches, incredible bike and walking trails, kayaking, and a ton of those Cap Code villages that have that New England charm. It's the best of both worlds; a nice house in a quiet location, but within 5 minutes there are all sorts of outside attractions for the entire family."

  • Nice escape -Home away from home

"We enjoyed our stay @ 10 Priscilla Circle very much! The house had everything we needed inside and out and more.. to make the entire family comfortable and relaxed. Very good location in a quiet neighborhood near beaches and other Cape attractions. Looking forward to next year! Thanks for the hospitality Jack Charlie & Suzanne M."

  • Cozy, cute, and quiet cottage

"Well maintained cottage was just the right size and price for some rest and relaxation. Eastham/Wellfleet area is quaint and not overly touristy as the SW portion of the cape. An easy bike ride to the bay beach or a more challenging ride to the ocean (tip: parking at the high school lot during the summer makes the ride shorter and saves on ocean parking fees). Great water pressure supports simultaneous inside and outside showers. Quiet and secluded picnic table behind the house along with some trees to support a traveling hammock. Miss this little spot of paradise!"

  • Great Rental for the Price ($110/night with no additional fees like most other rentals).

"If you are looking for refined accomodations with modern appliances and the latest household decor... THIS IS NOT THE RENTAL FOR YOU!! However, if you are looking for a small, clean bungalow with basic working kitchen appliances and comfortable beds, and you plan to spend most of your time outside, you simply cannot beat the value of this rental. The owner was accessible and responsive. The cove and dock were beautiful and I wish we had more time to enjoy them. As this rental was in early October, I do not know if the cabin has adequate a/c and/or heat. The wifi worked well, however the cable could have featured a few more vital channels (espn & Nickelodeon are virtual necessities when you have kids). The lighting in one of the bedrooms was inadequate (only one of the two small lamps worked). Unlike other reviewers we had no problem driving off and on the property."
