  • Great property!

"Our extended family of 11 spent a relaxing week here in June and loved it. The house easily accommodated all of us for sleeping (one of our 11 was a 3-yr old who slept in the crib) in comfy beds, eating and hanging out. The location was close to several beaches (a quick drive), great restaurants, and fun shopping in nearby towns. We also cooked and ate at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils., etc. The weather in June was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!"

  • Great house for a relaxing cape weekend

"Loved our time here, so close to the bike trail and down town Orleans via the trail. Right down the street biking distance away was a small beach, which seems to be residents only but you can drop off the group and bike down. quite and homey. we would love to rent again."

  • A week by the beach

"What a cute little apartment by the beach! We are a family of 4, kids are 3 and 4 and we couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation near the seashore. Located right in the National Seashore, a quick 5-10 minute walk to coast guard beach, this is a really cute place to stay while you enjoy Cape Cod. The cottage style apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home on vacation. Everything from kitchen utensils, to coffee maker, to appliances. We definitely needed and used the washer dryer on this trip! The owners went out of their way to be welcoming and make sure we had everything. We could walk to the beach to watch the seals and jump in the waves. It's also a quick drive to the bay side to enjoy First Encounter Beach which was perfect for little kids during low tide. The Nauset lighthouse is about a mile away which made for a great morning run and also a fun family excursion to the top. (Tours in the late afternoon- check the schedule.) Arnold's was a classic takeaway place with mini golf and great fried food. Close by. The chocolate cafe is also close and has a purple truck that comes to the beaches and has the best ice cream sandwiches. Not to be missed. If you're hikers, I'd recommend the Marconi swamp trail which has boardwalks and an easy trail for little kids. Really an ideal location, sweet beach house and warm welcoming hosts."

  • Wonderful family experience.

"Property is in a great location giving quick access to beaches as well as down-town area. We found home to be spotlessly clean upon arrival. Owner was available by texting and responded to our texts quickly when we had questions. Pictures found on-line do the property justice and our expectations were met. The area abounds in great beaches, good restaurants and fun shopping opportunities. We four-wheeled at Nauset to access some beautiful beach areas and took in a Cape Cod League baseball game. We would enthusiastically recommend this property."
