  • Great Place

"The best place we have stayed on the cape! Lots of room to spread out and each private bedroom with its own bath was a bonus. Everything you need is there.... large fully stocked kitchen, and even a garage to store our bikes and gear out of the rain. Four decks with nice furniture and a nice fire pit, and a large private yard. Roomy master suite with stunning views of the sunrise. Great location. We would certainly go back and have already recommended to friends."

  • Perfect vacation spot!

"We just loved our stay in this wonderful cottage! It is located in the perfect area to head anywhere on the Cape and it had all the amenities one could wish for! We especially enjoyed the wonderful windows in the living area that brought the outdoors right in. We enjoyed launching our kayaks from the little beach- it was so convenient! We are looking forward to our next visit!"

  • Relax and Enjoy the Cape

"We had great time at Cape Cod and staying at this cottage was part of it. It is a beautiful cottage, very spacious for 4 people. The open floor plan, vaulted ceiling and many big windows, gave it a much larger feel to it. It was great to wake up in the morning and overlook the pond. At night the full moon lit up the sky and reflected off the pond. The teenage boys loved fishing on the pond, from both the dock and the row boats. They were in search of the big one that got away! The cottage location was great. Even though it is located on Rte 6, it is still private and quiet. Easy to bike to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and ride to the Salt Marsh trails. The ocean and bay beaches were close by. Sunset at Rock Harbor, Eastham/Orleans is amazing. We also traveled easily to Chatham, Sandwich and Provincetown. Shopping and restaurants in Orleans were convenient. I highly recommend this place to everyone."

  • Perfect for multiple families.

"Jen's Cape house was an excellent choice for accommodating ourselves, our three grown children and their spouses, as well as three young grandchildren. There was plenty of room to spread out. The layout of the bedrooms afforded privacy for everyone. With three full baths and an enclosed outdoor shower, no one had to wait very long after returning from the beach. I chose Eastham because the bayside beaches at low tide are perfect for very young children. We also visited a couple of the freshwater kettle ponds which provide excellent swimming and fishing. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. Summertime traffic seems to be much heavier than when our children were small, so make sure you allow plenty of extra time if you plan on heading to Provincetown for a whale watch. Also, Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches fill up early so plan on leaving early or wait until later in the day when people are starting to leave the beaches."
