  • Beautiful home and great location just steps from the beach.

"We stayed at this beautiful home for a late summer/fall vacation and it exceeded our very high expectations. The home was well furnished with a modern kitchen and appliances and we spent a lot of our time outside in the large area near the fire-pit and also on the large outside deck. This home is close to all local attractions (stores, movie theatre, great restaurants etc) and also offered us complete privacy for a relaxing vacation. We will be back again next year !!"

  • Nauset Light beach is our new favorite!

"So close to the beach that my 3 and 5 year old could walk. We didn't bother with a beach sticker or the long lines to get in. House has some cool vintage era stuff (like stereo mounted to cabinets), but has nice decor and is very comfortable. Property manager was super kind and accessible."

  • Cozy, cute, and quiet cottage

"Well maintained cottage was just the right size and price for some rest and relaxation. Eastham/Wellfleet area is quaint and not overly touristy as the SW portion of the cape. An easy bike ride to the bay beach or a more challenging ride to the ocean (tip: parking at the high school lot during the summer makes the ride shorter and saves on ocean parking fees). Great water pressure supports simultaneous inside and outside showers. Quiet and secluded picnic table behind the house along with some trees to support a traveling hammock. Miss this little spot of paradise!"

  • First time at this end of the cape

"This was the first time we have been to the outer Cape. This house is in the perfect area to explore the outer Cape. The O'Rourkes were very helpful with information about their beautiful, fully equipped home, and all there is to do in the area. Although my husband and I were alone, the house is set up with room for 6+ people. We spent three nights and went to walk around Wellfleet, Provincetown, and Orleans. We also took a walk on Coast Guard beach where we were entertained by a pod of whales breaching and swimming up and down the beach. We also watched some seals feeding closer to shore. What a treat for late October. We hope to come back when the weather is a bit warmer."
