  • Delightful Stay

"Delightful cottage, location and hosts! Stayed at Katudala in May during the cool spell and happy to have a cozy spot to enjoy the array of song birds, wild turkeys and hawks. Traveled the cape from Orleans and Brewster to P-town, bayside and oceanside all while enjoying fresh seafood! Highly recommend the cottage with views of the Atlantic, 3 minute walk to the beach, access to marsh boardwalk and wood trail. Come enjoy this wonderful location!"

  • Great spot for families

"We stayed here for a week in early August. 5 adults 2 kids and had a blast. The beds were all very comfortable and every room but one had air conditioning. The kitchen functions well and has everything u need and the living room and eat in kitchen space is very well set up. Kids enjoyed the play house and bikes. We could bike to the beach and fresh water ponds easily. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended."

  • Centrally located and quintessential Cape Cod charm

"I've been vacationing on the Cape for over 20 years, and this cottage was by far one of the best places I've stayed! I was initially drawn to this Eastham cottage for its central location (we like going to Provincetown for beach days and dinners) and also for being dog-friendly! Shmeagle the Boston Terrier loved the screened in porch, laying by the Adirondack chairs, and being able to chase the frisbee every night at First Encounter Beach. I have to admit I was a bit nervous renting a cottage without being sure of the size, knowing that many beach cottages on the Cape are pretty tiny, but I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious this felt, not to mention the ample storage space. And its location is pretty remote and set back from the other properties and the road leading to Fort Hill (a truly spectacular area, but filled with ticks - beware!). Very clean, comfortable, and truly relaxing environment. Michael was also very responsive and accommodating to all of my many questions throughout the rental process. We would definitely stay again!"
