  • a real find!

"our group of 5 spent time at the cottage this past weekend. it was in a great location just off commercial street, the main street in town. the shops and restaurants were just around the corner. the cottage was open and airy and easily accommodated our group. it was well supplied with kitchen equipment and linens. we ate outside on the patio both days. it also included parking which in provincetown is a real plus. we were able to park and leave the car for the length of our stay. the owner was very responsive to our questions before our arrival. we all had been to provincetown on day trips before but it was great to stay overnight. we definitely will be back and will recommend this rental to our friends."

  • Heavenly Harwich Sojourn

"Hailing from Washington State I was visiting a friend who lives and works in Harwich, and this cottage was located in close proximity to her residence. My stay was for three weeks and I enjoyed every day and evening, all due to being able to have this cottage as my "temporary home". I walked and biked many of the days out of my stay, and those times hold such memories and experiences. The cottage has family TLC just oozing from it and the pride taken in its decor and furnishings is of the highest quality. My daughter flew in from Washington State for a five night stay, and with her rental car we had wonderful excursions to Provincetown, Chatham, Eastham, Orleans and Nauset Beach. In summary, this cottage is most highly recommended as the owners (Viki, Steven and Kent) know exactly how to ensure your vacation comfort!"

  • Super Cozy 18th Century Antique Garret

"My husband & I spent 5 wonderful nights at this property. Upon greeting us, Brenda shared her wealth of knowledge regarding Wellfleet and the surrounding area. The garret has an eclectic style, is maintained beautifully & includes all the needed amenities. There was one small husband is tall, over 6' and he had a few challenges because of the slanted roof. However, that did not stop us from fully enjoying our stay. At night, with the windows open, we were blissfully serenaded by local tree frogs and crickets. Wellfleet is home to some of the most delicious oysters anyone could want and we could walk to many local restaurants to enjoy them. Communing with nature is easy here. Access to the bay, ocean, hiking/biking trails, dunes, fresh water ponds & salt marshes allows the visitor endless ways to have small or large adventures. We hope to return to the “garret” in the future & we highly recommend this property to all. Peggi & Rick / South Burlington, VT"

  • Beautiful home.

"The home and property are really lovely and in an ideal location. It is a beautifully decorated classic Cape home and very comfortable. We had some minor, ordinary logistical changes to our plans that arose. First, we wanted to pay to arrive one night earlier rather than staying in a hotel. Then, on our departure date there was a miscommunication relating to the departure time of one of our ten guests and her belongings were still in the home when the cleaning crew arrived. Ultimately, everything was resolved, but the owner was very anxious about both issues and a good bit of communication was required. I would advise to confirm all plans in detail ahead of time, which we would have preferred to do as well, but is not always possible with travel."
