  • Wonderful family experience.

"Property is in a great location giving quick access to beaches as well as down-town area. We found home to be spotlessly clean upon arrival. Owner was available by texting and responded to our texts quickly when we had questions. Pictures found on-line do the property justice and our expectations were met. The area abounds in great beaches, good restaurants and fun shopping opportunities. We four-wheeled at Nauset to access some beautiful beach areas and took in a Cape Cod League baseball game. We would enthusiastically recommend this property."

  • A week by the beach

"What a cute little apartment by the beach! We are a family of 4, kids are 3 and 4 and we couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation near the seashore. Located right in the National Seashore, a quick 5-10 minute walk to coast guard beach, this is a really cute place to stay while you enjoy Cape Cod. The cottage style apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home on vacation. Everything from kitchen utensils, to coffee maker, to appliances. We definitely needed and used the washer dryer on this trip! The owners went out of their way to be welcoming and make sure we had everything. We could walk to the beach to watch the seals and jump in the waves. It's also a quick drive to the bay side to enjoy First Encounter Beach which was perfect for little kids during low tide. The Nauset lighthouse is about a mile away which made for a great morning run and also a fun family excursion to the top. (Tours in the late afternoon- check the schedule.) Arnold's was a classic takeaway place with mini golf and great fried food. Close by. The chocolate cafe is also close and has a purple truck that comes to the beaches and has the best ice cream sandwiches. Not to be missed. If you're hikers, I'd recommend the Marconi swamp trail which has boardwalks and an easy trail for little kids. Really an ideal location, sweet beach house and warm welcoming hosts."

  • Fantastic Vacation Rental!

"One of our BEST family vacations ever! Like many other reviewers, we were not ready to leave Meredith and Bill's beautiful home. I wish that we would have booked two weeks. We happened to be there on a particularly humid week and we were very thankful the air conditioning. The layout of the home is perfect for big gatherings. My brother and his family, who live in MA, rented a home near by, but our home was the gathering place with lots of room to roam for everyone. Ten adults and three babies around the dining room table was no problem. The kitchen is stocked like a home kitchen, not a rental. We had everything that we needed. The setting is magical. We loved our time on the dock, the deck and of course in the hot tub. We also loved how close it was to the market and restaurants (don;t miss The Knack!) We had three generations enjoying this beautiful home, gorgeous view, gracious hosts and would highly recommend it to anyone heading to The Cape. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer."
