  • Wonderful and Charming Cottage

"What a wonderful Cape Cod vacation which all started with this Eastham cottage! It was everything we wanted and more! My husband, 2 children and myself traveled from MN and felt right at home during our stay. The bay is only steps away from the cottage. The home is equipped with anything you may need for your stay! Barbara was a gem to work with and replied to all emails in a timely manner ( and I sent a lot😉) The only downside to our stay was having to leave! Kim Belle Plaine, MN"

  • Best place to stay on Cape Cod!

"We woke every morning to a beautiful view of a glittering pond with ducks out for their morning swim or fishermen perusing the edges looking for bass, pickerel or pike, while still in bed! Mornings were lazy as we took our coffe and breakfast outside on the deck which continues that water view and basked in the early morning breezes. Swimming in that pond after a day of touring historic houses and art galleries Is the perfect way to relax. In the evening Arnold's is a nice walk using the bike trail where we played a fun round of miniature golf and ate overloaded ice cream cones! This cottage exudes the best of what Cape Cod offers and is a gem of a find. This is our third year here and we intend to return again next year!"

  • Convenient cottage and location

"Well-equipped kitchen with lots of cupboards and counter-space made meal prep a pleasure in this well-lighted space. Again, the well-lit bathroom was spacious. The double-headed shower was a new experience! The two bedrooms are comfortable, with good closet space, at least in the larger one. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity to bike trails, the National Seashore and easy access to Rte. 6. There's a nice shed for storing bikes on the back of the property. We would certainly recommend this property. DJ was available to help when needed for a small matter."

  • Cozy Waterfront Cottage Gem

"We were delighted with our off-season stay at 21 Bayberry Lane this past Christmas. True to its description, we found the cottage to be cozy and charming, and the fact that it was waterfront makes it a true gem. As soon as we walked in, we opened the back door and instantly felt more relaxed hearing the sound of the waves right in the backyard! With that backdrop, ordinary moments at the house feel very extraordinary indeed. We found the open layout wonderful for playing with our children while enjoying the view. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had adequate dresser and closet space for unpacking and stowing luggage. We enjoyed our walks on the bay beach, even in the cold. Watching the tide go in and out was a sight to see ~ from white-cap waves at high tide, to tide pools and sand bars that stretch out into the horizon at low tide. Sunset was truly stunning, and we have never seen stars that shine brighter. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and utensils we needed as well as basic spices. We found the owners accommodating, flexible and very pleasant to work with. Kevin was upfront with us about the waterless toilet, and we found it to be odorless and easy to adjust to. We enjoyed little shops and restaurants all less than 10 minutes away. If you are looking for a place to unplug and unwind, this is a wonderful spot. We hope to stay again sometime soon!"
