  • Very nice cottage

"Nice place for the family, just minutes from the National sea shore and good fishing in the lake. Owner went way above to make rental a breeze."

  • Perfect house for my family of 5!!

"The listing was very accurate, pictures capture all that the house has to offer. upon arrival we found the house clean and ready for us to move right in! Location is perfect, we love to bike to the beach every day and it was a relatively easy ride to nauset light and coast guard beach. The house had everything we needed including an excellent outdoor shower! Dana is very friendly and easy to work with, a total pleasure to deal with. Thanks!!"

  • Comfortable, spacious, clean

"Thoroughly enjoyed our August visit to Orleans. The house fit out varying needs (4-8 guests) with those who took advantage of the great kitchen, outdoor grill and eating area, comfortable, cool (AC) living room and spectacular sun room. A lovely 5 minute walk to the pond and about a 10 minute drive to Nauset Beach. Thanks for opening your lovely home."

  • A wonderful time on Cape Cod in Eastham

"Our family had a wonderful two week stay at Coastal Breeze this August. The house was very clean and had everything that was listed that would be there. It is on a dead end street which had very little traffic and the deck was so enjoyable. Coastal Breeze is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and my son road the trail every chance he could. It also close to Nauset Light and Marconi beaches and we also traveled to Provincetown a few time including going on a whale watch (we got great pictures). If you want donuts go to the Hole n One doughnut shop on Route 6 and for ice cream try Nauset Light Ice Cream. Don't forget to stop at Sam's Deli for sandwiches. If you are an adventurer stop at the Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham the are all types of thing to do. If you have a few extra minutes at the Headquarters building watch the movie "Sands of Time" it is only about ten minutes long (shows how Cape Cod was formed). Having wi-fi is a great. Julie is a great owner and explained everything about her home. We would recommend this house to a friend."
