  • Beautiful, Big, Clean Home with Huge Property

"My family has stayed on the Cape for many years. This was by far our favorite home this far. Perfect location-minutes from Nauset and Coast Guard Beaches. Nestled on a very quiet paved road with few cars. The yard is HUGE! (A rare find for Eastham!) The house itself is updated, newer, and very clean. The upstairs bedrooms are extremely spacious and air conditioned. Bed room #1 has 2 queens. Bedroom #2 has 2 queens and a futon. Downstairs master has one queen with private bathroom. Home has 3 updated full baths which came in handy (one up and 2 down). Kitchen is well stocked including lobster pots, keurig, & crock pot. Many outdoor and indoor games provided along with a pack n play for little ones. I will definitely consider renting this home in the future again. Homeowners are extremely nice- We had an issue with the master bed a.c. unit breaking and Larry came out to replace it the very same day we called. (Thanks Larry!) My only reservation in renting this home in the future would be that the main living area needs an air conditioning gets very warm, especially in the afternoon and early evening. I would also suggest putting a King bed in the master suite for guests. Other than that this home is lovely!! Thank you Larry and Sue for sharing your home that is so well taken care of-it's very rare to find such a beautiful home!!!"

  • Amazing!!

"I have to say this was one of our most enjoyable stays in the Cape. The location was excellent, the house was so clean and beautiful! Ross and Barbara were gracious hosts who have thought of almost every last detail. You will not go wrong renting this property!!!"

  • Great Labor Day Fun!!

"We had such a wonderful time at this house in Eastham (I think it's also called North Eastham) for two weeks. There were so many activities in the town because of the holiday and the kids really loved watching the seals - they wanted to go almost every day! They didn't even mind going into lots of shops and galleries in Provincetown - I bought some great watercolors for our house in Maryland. The cottage was really comfortable and we only needed the air conditioning on 2 or 3 nights. We hadn't played badminton or horseshoes in a long time so that was fun too. Our dog even joined the baby in the kiddie pool - quite a sight! It was so convenient to get to sunken Meadow and the other Bay beaches - that made it really easy with 3 kids and the water was just perfect for them. We used all the beach equipment from the cottage, that was also great. We did a little cooking outside, but since it was vacation, there was plenty of fried clams and pizza from lots of places in the town. If you go there, make sure to eat at The Knack in Orleans just next door to Eastham and the biggest MUST is the homemade ice cream at the Ice Cream Cafe which is also in Orleans (no dieting here!). Can't wait to get back to our Bayside Pearl in Eastham!!"

  • Perfect location, wonderful stay

"First, the location of this home couldn't be better for our young family. We had several bay beaches within a 5min drive never having to get on route 6! (Big plus). Very close to the rotary and downtown Orleans and just across route 6 from marshy kayaking and the national seashore. (All of that is bikable too, but we didn't since we had the baby with us) The house was very well kept, and in great condition. Renovated kitchen felt like home :) the back deck (with the automated awning) was just stunning for watching sunsets and eating al fresco. Plenty of room for us, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, etc. We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back next year! Thanks again!"
