  • Perfect House on Private Beach

"We rented this house for our girlfriend trip to Cape Cod and everyone was very happy! Each girl said their bed was so comfortable; the kitchen was stocked with everything you need; the views to the water were incredible; so many areas to sit and chat or to get a private spot if you needed; hot tub was amazing; drinking coffee (or cocktails) on the deck was the best; swinging in the hammock and listening to the waves crash was my favorite! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We created many wonderful memories!"

  • Amazing lake home in a special nook of the Cape!

"My husband, dog, and I have stayed in this home for a week every summer for the last 3 years. I grew up on Cape Cod and wanted a place to stay while visiting my family and enjoying a vacation. Before I even get to the house, I can tell you as a (former) local, this location is a hidden gem. Centerville is central to most anywhere you would like to get on the greater Cape, including to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard ferries, as well as to the Hyannis airport (hello direct to NYC Jet Blue flights!). The house comes with a coveted beach pass and is a 5 minute drive from my very favorite secret, pass-requiring beach on Cape Cod, so you have the best of both worlds: a house directly on the lake, plus bike or drive-able beach access. This is a boon for people with dogs or children, or who just want a more quiet, less sandy experience than a beach home can provide. On to the house: the owners do everything to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. The house is clean with plenty of bathroom and beach towels, sheets, tables, chairs, dishes and silverware. There are 4 bedrooms varying in size and the master bedroom has lovely lake views from bed. The porch is jaw-dropping gorgeous. The photos here do not lie. The sun sets over the lake, making for some magnificent nights, and the porch is huge, directly over the lake and with ample seating. The lake water is lovely for swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking (some of this will require a rental on your part, not hard to come by on the cape). Because the house is located in a protected cove, not only is this area of the lake quieter than others, you are spared motor boats and jet skis blazing by at high speed. The house itself has plenty of room for one family or two small families to enjoy between the outdoor space, large living/dinning room, separate eat-in kitchen, and separate sunken TV room. There is also a huge outside shower, in addition to the 1.5 bathrooms within the house. I cannot say enough nice things about this house and the owners and we hope to come back for many years to come."

  • This is a fun vacation home.

"This is a really fun home. There is a large amount of sleeping room and lots of activities. We enjoyed the volleyball, pool table, table soccer, and corn hole games at the house. My wife enjoyed reading on the sun porch. The house is convenient to Hyannis downtown and very close to Craigsville Beach. Overall a fun place to stay and a great week."

  • Cape Cod Charm and Character

"Summers on the Cape were a part of my childhood and though I wanted to introduce it to my own children- now grown and off on their own- I was worried about finding a place that exuded the old Cape that I remembered. The wild areas, the dunes, the hikes, the old towns the vernacular architecture... But this house. This sweet house- gave it all back to me and more. Converging from the west coast, the Rockies, the Chesapeake Bay and the land of Liberty, our group of 8 had more than enough room to sneak away with a good book or converge for charades and shenanigans. Large decks shaded by beautiful white oaks overlooked a river valley. Wild turkey (the feathered kind) were prevalent on the local trails. The location gave us ample opportunity to easily explore Provincetown and wellfleet and other sections of the National Seashore. We rented bikes and explored further than our feet would take us. Access via the fast ferry from Logan was part of the fun. And the car rental at Provincetown was a snap. We barely made a dent in our list of things to explore and so we look forward to coming back again soon!"
