  • Cape Cod Beach House

"Wonderful, classic Cape Cod house with plenty of room for our 3 couples. Location is West Yarmouth was perfect for us as first-time visitors. The house would be excellent for families with kids and friends, especially in the summer, as there are nooks, crannies and "secret" bedrooms throughout. The house was comfortable and served us well. John provided excellent recommendations as to things to do and places to eat (especially the Black Cat in Hyannis). We were busy each day exploring the Cape - Province Town, Martha's Vineyard, Plymouth, and of course the light houses. John responded to our inquiries in a timely manner - sorry we didn't get to meet him in person."

  • Great vacation location

"We have rented this home three summers in a row. It is a quaint Cape Cod home, and although somewhat dated, it is clean and neat and filled with all the basic non-consumables you would probably need. The washer and dryer and full kitchen and outdoor grill are much appreciated! Also, it is near some of the best Cape Cod beaches, restaurants and shops, and is conveniently located centrally on Cape Cod, making traveling to just about anywhere reasonable. The owner, Michael, has been consistantly helpful and accommodating, and is quick to answer questions via email. We are very pleased with this summer rental!"

  • Great Location

"The house was great. Great location and very close to beaches. We went to Bank St., Earle St., Sea St., and Red River. All were clean and beautiful. Our favorite was Earle St. The town was a short walk with some great bakeries. We took a ferry to Martha's Vineyard and also a drive to Newport , RI. Very close to Chatham beaches, shops and food. The only two things I would change about the house would be to add a TV in the upstairs bedroom and air conditioning to the upstairs. While it was very comfortable downstairs, the first 4 days we were there it was extremely hot and no matter how many fans and open windows we had upstairs it was too warm to sleep. Aside from that I would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Also the owner Mary Kate was a pleasure to work with. The Marcus Family, East Windsor, NJ."
