  • Terrific New England Home in Chatham

"Looking for a comfortable home -- on the water -- for your Chatham vacation? Then look no further! We have been vacationing in Chatham for years and absolutely loved our stay at Mike and Donna’s home this past year. This home has all the New England charm, spacious common areas, a fully equipped kitchen, wonderful deck, beautiful grounds and it’s own beach! It doesn’t get much better than that. We rented the home for three weeks, entertained family and friends and simply enjoyed every day at this wonderful home. Given the three large bedrooms and three full baths, we had plenty of room when our Connecticut family came to visit and spend the night. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is also just minutes from the restaurants and shops in downtown Chatham. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a restful vacation. We walked daily through the neighborhood, down by Oyster River or to Hardings Beach. Over the years, we’ve rented many different homes in Chatham and we give this one our highest recommendation and all 5 stars!"

  • Perfect Cape Getaway!

"This cabin is perfect if you want to stay close to Chatham but want your own place away from the busy Chatham tourist activity. It's close enough to town that you can bike there in minutes and just far away enough to let you have your own quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Our kids were able to bike to Hardings beach and my wife and I biked to the Monomoy Coffee Company in Chatham every morning for coffee and pastries. Pond is the perfect size for canoeing and kayaking, which we did. The owner was great! Paul is very easy to reach and made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We can't wait for next summer!"

  • great host, lovely home, great location

"This is a lovely home, tastefully furnished but very comfortable in all respects. It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms are very nice, with comfortable mattresses. The house has a nice flow. It feels very private even though there are other houses close by. When you look out the windows, all you see is green trees and a nice garden. The home is located in a very quiet, nice, small, residential neighborhood that is centrally located. There is a lovely pond a very short walk away. The sound, ocean, and bay are all a short car ride away. There is a nice shopping center (grocery store, bank, gas station, liquor store, etc.) about 5 minutes away and a variety of restaurants also close by. The home is also very close to a number of Cape League baseball fields (Harwich, Chatham, Orleans). The description in the VRBO listing is entirely accurate. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We recommend this home very highly."

  • Wedding in P'Town

"We just returned home yesterday from our son's wedding in Provincetown. We rented both condos for our stay. Our stay was excellent. Both owners were extremely friendly and gracious, inquired about our stay while we were there, and met us again on the day of the wedding. We met other friends of the owners who live in the same condo complex who were also very friendly, gracious, and helpful (one even found my car keys left in an unlikely location on the morning we were leaving). The two homes are beautiful and well kept. We housed 6 couples (3 in each unit) and two children. The views of the moors from their upper decks are spectacular. I would recommend this location to anyone, and hope we can return sometime in the near future. The moors, national park dunes, and beaches are beautiful. Guests can rent very nice bicycles less than 1/4 mile's walk. Terrific restaurants and Provincetown west end sites are very close - easily walkable."
