  • Great Lake time in the fall weather!

"Serenity Now is a good little stop if you're looking for a quiet place to contemplate or rest. VERY pet friendly, and easy to relax on the deck or the dock. Easy to find and close to several interesting places to check out! Thanks!"

  • Fun Family Time At Duck Lake

"We enjoyed ourselves at this quaint Duck Lake cottage. The cottage was clean and well maintained. Five people were plenty here as it is small, but it met our needs. Wifi was missed, but it was nice at the same time not to have to be "connected" and relaxation and conversation took its place. As long as showers are spaced out, then every guest will have hot/warm water!! Marta was attentive to our questions, concerns, and requests which we greatly appreciated. The deck was great and was the draw for our family. We relaxed, ate meals, played games, laughed and made memories on that deck. The lake is shallow next to the dock which would be great for small children to play and have fun. If your family is looking for a relaxing quaint get away this cottage is for you!!"

  • Vacation at Lake House

"We had the best time at the Lake House! Everything you needed was there, towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans. The owner even had hand soap, dish and laundry soap, and even toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels. Even some kitchen staples. We brought most of this stuff with us, but came in handy if you forget something. Also lots of books, games, cd's, cards, lawn chairs, and water toys. The pontoon was huge and held my family of 15 and 1 dog. The lake is beautiful, sandy bottom close to house, and great raft with chairs to swim out to. Grand babies had fun catching bass, sunfish, frogs, turtles, and even a catfish. Also loved going tubing! The house is absolutely stunning with glass windows overlooking the lake and deck. Also a screened in porch. The house is beautiful, well furnished, very clean, bedrooms very roomy. The kids loved the basement with TV, pool table, game table, and laundry area. Also nice master bedroom with access to a doggie door to fenced in yard. Our Westie enjoyed herself as much as us! Upstairs are three bedrooms with a gorgeous master suite. Three and a halves bathrooms were great for all of us too! I can't say enough about this place, and hope to go back next summer. Thanks again Mike!💕🐟🐠🎣🌊🚣🏽🏊🌾🌻🐚🐸🐢Also lots of nice stores and restaurants in Marshall, and grocery store."

  • Wonderful, comfy cottage on a great sandy lake!

"We absolutely loved this cottage! It was very roomy as you can see by the pictures and I loved the shallow sandy water for our grandchildren. We have been renting different cottages trying to find the right one to come back to and this is it! Felt like home. Even tho the following things are listed, I thought I would mention them for what we appreciated about the cottage: 1st and foremost the lake, the sandy bottom and shallowness for the kids! Big Kitchen-stocked with most everything you will need. Kitchen Table-everyone could eat together/don't find that in a lot of cottages. Large Laundry/Mud room-didn't think we would use it, but it came in handy. 2 bathrooms-nice when people visited and you have a crowd. Plenty of life jackets Central air-only used it a little bit but nice to have/don't fine that often either. Big deck-close to the water Nice neighbors on both sides. Plenty of parking, even for guest. Everything was great, the views, the comfort of the house and even a boat to use for fishing. Thanks Patti for opening your cottage, we'll be back next year :) The Scheurer Family"
