  • Nice!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Guests said the beds they slept in were comfortable too. Living room couch was very soft. (Could be hard for an elderly person to get up from.) View and weather were fantastic. The light on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work. Maintenance came and said the sockets were melted and would have to get owner approval because expense would be greater than $100. Never did get fixed during the month we stayed. There were two lamps but I do like an ceiling light. (Also wondered about the safety of it). Security and office personnel were very nice."

  • Wonderful home.

"Found Ocean Springs which is a great place to visit. Went to New Orleans for 2 days. Weather was wonderful! Race track in New Orleans. Even though I was sick the entire time I had a great visit."

  • Spring Break at the Beach

"Weary of the cold and rain of the upper mid-west, we two couples headed to Gulfport for a sun break and were not disappointed. The Beach Life Cove in Century Oaks provided a great retreat for us. The house layout with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs and another bathroom and bedroom off the kitchen worked well for us. The home was clean, comfortably furnished, located in a secure, gated community. We could walk to the beach, grocery stores within a mile and plenty of nearby restaurants made life easy. And, everything in the house worked. We enjoyed our time and look forward to our next trip to the Gulf coast."

  • Lovely home, great location

"Two couples, age 55+, stayed in this lovely home with a view of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for seven nights. We were easily registered and Nancy was quick with her response and explanation of check in and out procedures. We were met with a guide book at the front door explaining how everything worked including the Internet, Netflix, door locks and switches. We found the home to be even more lovely than the photos with well stocked gourmet kitchen and bath amenities. We enjoyed the free internet, movie collection and cable television in the evening. The home is located just two blocks from the beach with a view from the back patio. The patio, with shaded seating area on one side and the umbrella dining table with grill on the other side, was a favorite hang-out. We imagined ourselves in the hot tub, but never really had the time to use it. We found the front covered porch very comfortable with its padded furniture and overhead fan. The location was perfect for a short trip to New Orleans and back in one day as well as touring the Gulf Coast all the way to Florida for an afternoon at their beaches. The Gulf Coast is slower paced and everyone we met was very friendly. I'll definitely keep Pelican Place on my list of favorite places to visit."
