  • Spectacular Family Reunion

"Eagle's Point is a wonderful property to spend a week with family. We just finished a weeklong reunion. The home is really beautiful , the homeowner really thought of everything. Nice large bedrooms and comfortable beds, plenty of space. I highly recommend taking advantage of the concierge service that Grand Estate Properties offers. We had them stock our fridge before we arrived, we had Chef Lynn prepare many of our meals (they were great, especially loved the breakfasts). Also highly recommend renting a boat and the super sized trampoline--- the kids loved that! We had a lot of laughs and it was so stress free due to the high level of service from John, Michelle, Theresa and Lynn of Grand Estates."

  • Adorable Home in Excellent Location!

"We rented the cottage for a girl's weekend, it was the perfect size for the six of us and could have easily accommodated two more with the sofa couch. The cottage has a great deck and dock with lots of room and seating to enjoy the lake. Perfect location in a quiet cove, great for swimming. We would definitely rent again!"

  • Wonderful family fun at the Lake of the Ozarks

"There were nine of us: 6 were ages 17-21 and 3 were over 55 years old. The house slept us all well, particularly the "bunk house" bedroom where the 6 slept. Lake front location was spectacular and quiet as it was away from the tourist areas. We enjoyed the slide and floating in the warm water (a big plus compared to Wisconsin lakes). Nice to have a place to dock the boats we rented (Pirates Point was terrific to work with!), but we could not dock the jet skis. Porch (with ceiling fan) and deck (with grill) were used and enjoyed. Main living area was spacious and never seemed cramped with the nine of us, but not enough seats for watching movies as a group. Large refrigerator let us stock up to cook all of our meals in, and house was not an unreasonable distance from the grocery store. We would have given five stars except for a few things. Little bedroom was hot and served as luggage room. Lower level bedrooms lacked places for luggage as there were no racks or dressers, so floor had to be used. Hot water heater did not provide enough hot water, even with us staggering our shower times and not using dishwasher/washing machine at the same time. Not enough racks for drying towels in the bathrooms. The TV/Stereo system looks great, but the acoustics in the room did not work out. House is for sale, so items of deferred maintenance were apparent, like dishwasher leak. Overall, we had a great time. This was our first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks and we would definitely return."

  • Great Family Gathering

"Great facility for large gathering. Particularly liked separate full bath for each bedroom and having large common area on each floor (allowed kids ad adults to have separate space to enjoy the vacation Game room was a big hit with all and internet access made it possible to keep in touch for those needing to do so. Boat rental was convenient."
