  • Beautiful house that most certainly meet the needs of our stay. Amazing view from front porch :)

"Property was beautiful and especially the view of the mountains from the front porch. Amy Sage did a great job making our stay as comfortable as possible. Very responsive to any e-mail correspondences. Especially having house ready early so that our group could arrive before 4pm check-in time. Amy also provided air mattresses that made work related trip more comfortable so that we didn't have to share beds. Amazing experience that was made that much better by the customer service provided by Amy. Thank you very much for making our trip to Montana so amazing!"

  • Quiet, with everything you need

"A cabin in the woods with a deck, a grill, two comfortable bedrooms, at the south end of the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. The only sounds are your sighs of pleasure. The cabin is at the end of a rough and long driveway, and while the host says Prius has driven it Ok I'd be cautious with a very low clearance car. Other than that caution, this has everything."

  • Exceptional Property

"My immediate family and I stayed at this property for a week. I can not express how magical our experience was. The location is quintessential "Montana" with stunning mountain views and riverfront property. The amenities in the home were above and beyond our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the local towns of Hamilton and Darby but appreciated the feeling of complete isolation. Fishing on the property was exceptional with plenty of fish caught. We will be returning as soon as the opportunity arises."

  • Thanksgiving 2016

"It's a unique property but the attraction for us was our familiarity with permaculture practices and the fun to be on a ranch. The guest house sits close to the ranch buildings and next to the owner's home. It was Thanksgiving, it was quiet around the ranch and we had privacy. We enjoyed our walks down to the river, around the property, watching the animals and the chickens, while observing their permaculture practices. We loved the natural surroundings and this property naturally calls you to go outside. We took our binoculars to watch birds and watch the white tail deer in the woods by the Bitterroot river. There must be over 100 birdhouses on the ranch. There are spectacular views from the dining room and front porch which over look their fields and the Bitterroot range. The property is accessible via short drives to many hiking trails and the town of Hamilton. The owners were very helpful and attentive but despite being very close in proximity, they kept their distance unless we needed something. The house has very clean, well maintained with comfortable furniture and beds. It's a relaxing place."
