  • Memories made here!

"We gathered at Chuck and Vicki's home to celebrate our daughters wedding. Friends and family arrived from all over the US so this was a beautiful retreat after several hectic but fun days. Chuck and Vicki greeted us when we arrived with fresh brownies and beer! Very comfortable with spectacular views from every angle. Would love to come back and spend some time in that hammock!!"

  • perfect cottage to relax in

"My husband and I loved this cottage. Its comfortable, and immaculately clean. We stayed 5 days here, and loved our breakfasts and dinners at home. The kitchen is well appointed (but do not expect to shop anywhere near this cabin - shop before you arrive, not even cream for coffee is sold nearby). The back patio is great - we saw lots of birds, including a hummingbird go by. The location of this cottage is less than a mile from Glacier Lodge, where we had drinks and enjoyed hanging out on their porch. We also found it near by Two Medicine, and not too far from Going to the Sun Road. Having laundry was much appreciated as well! Marty, the caretaker was helpful. We highly recommend this for a small family or friends. This is such a cozy retreat. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home!"

  • A beautiful spot to stay near the best that glacier has to offer!

"We felt we'll taken care of by Barb and Phil who made it clear they were available to help with whatever questions we might have. The house is airy and clean and had a beautiful view - and it's a hop skip and a jump through jaw dropping vistas to get to the best the park has to offer. There are also several tasty places to eat in Nearby East Glacier. We felt lucky to stay at this beautiful home!"

  • Excellent choice for South East side of Glacier National Park

"Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay at the Lone Elk Lodge. Location: It is located just a few minutes from the East Glacier entrance to the park, but to reach the St Mary's entrance (which is where the Going to the Sun Road and most of the park sites/activities are) is a 45 minute drive. Lone Elk Lodge is a great choice if you want quality, comfort, and quiet, plus beautiful mountain views through the windows and off the deck. We appreciated that the Owner left us suggestions on places to eat, drink, and things to do in the area."
