  • A great place to rest and/or be active

"The condo itself was everything you could ask for - spacious, with a beautiful loft bedroom and a large deck overlooking the beautiful Swan River. The condo is only a block off downtown Bigfork, which is a great place to stroll, shop, eat and take in art galleries. The bonus of our one-week stay was learning about a two-mile trail along the Swan River that begins about three blocks from the condo. We used the trail almost every morning for a jog and/or walk, and it was truly scenic, sitting high above the Swan River and overlooking, in the distance, Flathead Lake. Doesn't get any better than that. Bottom line is you will find everything you want during a stay at this condo. Only danger is the condo is so nice it's sometimes hard to leave to participate in the abundant recreational opportunities nearby."

  • Spectacular location for a Family Reunion!

"The photos don't do this property justice, each of the cabins are so unique and well thought out, there was plenty of space for our group of 20. We had some initial concerns with the bathrooms being in the main cabin but it wasn't an issue at all. Doug (the homeowner) was very helpful and showed us around the property upon arrival. The kitchen was well appointed with slow cookers, baking pans, knives, spices, and basics (sugar, flour, paper products, etc). There were also plenty of things for the kids to do, fishing poles for the kids pond, yard games, toys and video tapes, no one was ever bored! With the river right out the door, a fire pit, plenty of spots to relax, the pool and foosball tables, croquet and volleyball, this place is like your own personal camp! We loved it and hope to return sometime. Thank you Doug and Linda for sharing your little slice of heaven in Montana!!"

  • Great Place to Stay!

"I only had 2 nights at this wonderful apartment which appears to be the whole lower level of the log home. Wonderful deck with chairs, lovely view of the lake, well equipped with everything you would need and much better than any hotel. The rental is off the road so you don't hear any noise at all and easy access to everything in Glacier National Park. I came specifically to hike a particular trail so it was a quick trip for me - looking forward to returning."

  • Relaxation in a Remote Wilderness setting.

"This was our first experience using VRBO. We picked the best first. The cabin was perfect for our needs. Far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy that if you wish. The cabin was very comfortable and the decor was perfect for the area. The owner was available when we needed him and we had the pleasure of actually meeting him and enjoying his company. He made sure all the little things mattered. The s'mores bucket was a hit along with the directions to a nearby waterfall. Not to mention the gigantic fire pit and plenty of firewood. It is also a great location for visits to Glacier, Whitefish, Kalispell, Bigfork and Flathead lake. We loved the property and cabin so much that we will back, in fact you won't want to leave."
