  • Amazing oasis

"We spent three nights in the tree house and really enjoyed ourselves. The Taos area is quite dry but the property lies in a green, fertile valley at the base of the mountains. Jun helped us settle in and offered to let us meet and feed her alpacas the next day. They are beautiful, curious animals and we spent time in the enclosure with Jun getting to know them and their habits. The property is well maintained and the pond directly outside the tree house is beautiful. A flock of wild ducks stops by for special treats Jun provides each evening. A couple of chairs at pond side make a relaxing place for a glass of wine after a day of sight seeing around Taos. Thanks Jun for a great stay with you."

  • Great place at a great location.

"My wife, doggie and I wanted to escape TX heat for a week and decided to go to Angel Fire at the last moment. The Miller's were responsive and we easily booked our trip the night before we were set to leave. We couldn't be happier with our stay! Location is great. It took us 5 minutes to drive from the house to the ski resort parking lot where we caught the lift up to go downhill mountain biking and ride the ziplines. The house is only 1/2 mile from the grocery store. It's about 3 miles from the golf course and stables. There's a great back deck to sit out and relax on. We watched the hummingbirds fight and feed (who knew they were so aggressive), we watched the baby rabbits scamper about the yard, the chipmunks scurry about, and a deer graze, all from the comfort of the deck. The house is well stocked. We had plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc to use. Great equipment most places don't have. We used the crockpot to cook one meal. This is a big deal to my wife and I because we like to cook and we found everything we needed. The house is clean and in good shape. Plenty of information provided for the stay by the owners, even on simple things like what to do if Direct TV goes out, how to reboot it. For those of us without cable/satellite tv, this isn't always apparent. We've stayed at lots of rentals (we much prefer it to hotels) and we thought this was the best we've stayed at in regards to location/cost/amenities, etc."

  • Santa Fe at the railyard

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to the downtown. Property issue: Screens were missing from master bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen window couldn't be open. I think the AC filter needed to be changed since AC motor was a little loud. There was a broken tree branches overhanging the property but neighbors took care of it late in the rental period. the master bathroom had leaking faucets. The master bed pillows were not adequate and had buy new ones."

  • Another great trip

"I stayed here last fall and came back. We rented both casitas for a great girl's retreat. I love New Mexico. It is beautitul here. Floyd has done a wonderful job with his properties. I will be back for sure in the near future. Lots of beautiful places to go from here. We went to Echo Amphitheatre near Ghost Ranch one day. Stunning! The family is welcoming and very respectful. I suggest that you stay here :-)"
