  • great location, great home, very well maintained and equipped.

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a great home, very well maintained and equipped. The location is hard to match. We had an excellent experience with the property management. There was a malfunctioning with the alarm and they were prompt and thorough in getting it resolved. If you visit in the winter months, it is of note that the heating system is very loud."

  • Amazing authentic adobe home in a perfect location

"We've stayed in 20+ vacation rentals and this is one of the best - we would definitely return! Virginia was very friendly. The location is super convenient, maybe 5-10 min to the Plaza. We were three couples traveling with toddlers in tow and the space was great for us. The decor is very authentic and offers a true sense of place, definitely a luxury feel. Loved the wood beams, kiva fireplace, and antique door headboard in the master. The enclosed outdoor patio was a popular spot for the toddlers to run around. The things that could be improved would be adding a wifi extender to enable a strong signal throughout the home (it was hard to get a strong signal outside the kitchen) and perhaps replacing the tube TV with a more modern model. We also went to the ABQ balloon fiesta one day (which was awesome) and it was relatively easy ~1hr each way. 10am felt a little early for check out, but there was another party arriving later that afternoon and it takes 6-8 hours to turnover. Best restaurants were The Pantry, Maria's, and Pasqual's. Intl Folk Art Museum and the Plaza were also highlights."

"This beautiful well appointed Casita has been our home away from home for the past five weeks. It is also pet friendly! From the minute that we stepped inside this charming, well furnished Casita we experienced a wonderful warm homey feeling. You cannot beat the view from the rear covered and open portal with Kiva fireplace. Every time we thought we would have to do without a normal convenience we would have at home, there it was! Location is great as you are within walking distance of Canyon Rd and the Plaza. I cannot say enough about this lovely unit and highly recommend it to whoever is considering a trip to Santa Fe."

  • Hummingbird- A very nice, comfortable Casita

"We stayed there with old friends from the east coast. We all enjoyed our stay at the Casita. The views of the city and mountains were exceptional. We used the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill a couple of times. We also really enjoyed Terra Cotta Wine Bistro, and Raaga."
