"We stayed here for 3 1/2 months this winter and even though El Nino brought lots of snow the casita was always warm and cozy, radiant heated floors and adobe do the trick! The neighborhood is quiet, real Santa Fe, and near enough to the center of town and Museum Hill. The kitchen is open and large, easy for two to share cooking duties. Nice fireplace, fun design. Great washer and dryer, very new. Closet is more than adequate. Nancy attends to any problems/concerns right away, yet she never intrudes on your privacy. Final note, her two dogs are very friendly and fun to have around."

  • Warm and cozy

"We spent a snowy 3/12 months in Santa Fe (thanks to El Nino), but the casita was always warm and cozy...thanks to radiant floor heat and double adobe walls. It is a pleasant space! The neighborhood is authentic Santa Fe, and very convenient to city center, museum hill, Canyon Road....quiet too. The kitchen is large and sunny, and the washer/dryer is very new and large. Nancy is available but respectful of the tenants' privacy. Her dogs are most welcoming and fun to have around."

  • Perfection Near All

"I can not say enough good things about this charming home. My two children and I enjoyed every aspect. It is the most well appointed rental home I have ever stayed in. The owner did not skimp on anything, including the all important linens and towels, which is much appreciated. Walking down Canyon Road is a pleasure. We also enjoyed walking to the Plaza - avoiding the traffic and parking fees. The new cedar hot tub was enjoyed each night, as was the lovely, private courtyard area. The only negative is having to leave. I cannot wait to return with my husband for another vacation! Thank you Kay for use of your wonderful home. P.S. Sam, the caretaker, is sweet as can be."

"Fabulous location for walking Santa Fe! Everything was perfect for our memorable stay in the mountains. Our hosts provided gracious amenities, to include wood for the kivas and a great wine. Truly special place! A thousand thanks Todd and Alexander."
