  • fantastic location, beautiful updated historic apartment

"We were thrilled with our stay in this vacation rental! The beautiful Mexican tile, the old beams, the incredible spaciousness, the open floor plan (yet doors that closed off the bedroom for privacy if wanted). The aesthetic sense of the owners was present everywhere from the artwork hanging in the walls to the great long table and chairs in the dining area, to the tilework in the kitchen and bathroom. The whole time we were there we kept discovering new aspects to appreciate. It was very well stocked, we had no need of anything that was not there, and it was impeccable. The giant bed in the bedroom was a special treat - and the lights in the tiled alcoves on both sides, we felt like royalty. We also felt our car was very safe tucked away as it was in the back, away from traffic on Canyon Road, and private. I would absolutely recommend this to others, without reservation. We will come back again whenever possible. Thank you for a purely delightful stay!"

  • Trisha (my son's college graduation)

"I just want to start of by saying that the home was absolutely beautiful just as pictured. Laurie was a doll she answer ever question we had and did not bother us at all which we truly appreciated. My family and I came in town for my son's college graduation with Santa Fe University of Art & Design we had a great time. My mom and I made sure everything was washed and cleaned even though we didn't have to wash but treated that home as if was our own. Thank you so much Laurie for a great experience"

  • Warm and cozy

"We spent a snowy 3/12 months in Santa Fe (thanks to El Nino), but the casita was always warm and cozy...thanks to radiant floor heat and double adobe walls. It is a pleasant space! The neighborhood is authentic Santa Fe, and very convenient to city center, museum hill, Canyon Road....quiet too. The kitchen is large and sunny, and the washer/dryer is very new and large. Nancy is available but respectful of the tenants' privacy. Her dogs are most welcoming and fun to have around."

  • Excellent Property and Location

"This is a wonderful house in a terrific location. It is as described. Very clean, well maintained, with plenty of bedding and bath towels. The master bath is large and very nice. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, even a coffee bean grinder with coffee beans in the freezer, and dishes. It is also easy to work in. Katherine was quick to respond and gave us all the information we needed, including a list of the supplies we would find in the house along with other useful information. The walk to the plaza and museums is a pleasant walk and short enough that you don't ever need to take your car. We like Mexican food and went to 2 good Mexican restaurants in the shopping center where the Sprouts is, a short drive away. We also enjoyed the café on the plaza. We highly recommend this property. We enjoyed the house and Santa Fe and hope to return. We would definitely stay in this house again, and I hope it is available when we plan our next trip. Sheila"
