  • Delightful

"Very spacious and comfortable., clean. Almost too big for 2 people wanting separate bedrooms. Owner was attentive but not intrusive. After a full day of galleries and shopping, relaxing on the patio was a treat. Within walking distance Of the plaza and Canyon road, though we drove at night to go to dinner."

  • Wonderful house, located within easy walking distance to the plaza. Great outdoor spaces!

"The house had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and spacious. Nice neighborhood and easy walking distance to the plaza and Canyon Road. There were multiple outdoor spaces perfect for sitting outside enjoying morning coffee, a meal, or a glass of wine in the evening. The house had everything we needed. We plan to return."

  • A jewel in the heart of things.

"Our requirements of (1) parking (2) secure patio for our grandchild's play (3) walking distance to the square and (4) a fireplace led us to choose this property. How lucky that we also got charm, beautiful folk art, lovely Southwest furnishings and a rental process made very easy by Tom. The large great room (I'm guessing 18 x 30) with high ceilings, filled with natural light, is a perfect showcase for the owner's art collection and consequently, an inviting place to gather and entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to work in. The house has a couple of idiosyncrasies, as do all of the pueblo style, adobe walled structures...after all, that's why we visit Santa Fe! We would gladly choose to stay here again."
