  • Our accommodations were better than we had even imagined!

"Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furnishings, the lay out of the property and all the fun nooks and crannies made this home a delightful place for the 4 of us to visit! Due to the lack of professional service we received from Kokopelli during our stay, I would think twice before booking through them again. The TV in the main room was out for 5 days, reported numerous times, but due to the fact it was a weekend and they were "closed"?? unless it was an emergency, we did not get a functioning TV until the day before we left. If property management is going to argue the fact that for 6 full days, 4 people, and only 2 spare rolls of toilet paper is appropriate, I do not find that to be what I would consider to be good customer service. We ended up going out and buying our own. Needless to say, we loved the property itself, but due to the property management, I would hesitate booking through Kokopelli in the future."

  • Ideally located, tranquil oasis

"Beautiful place, perfectly located to walk to galleries and restaurants in Canyon Road and the Plaza. (You can also take a leisurely stroll to the Railyard District if you don't mind walking a mile.) If you want a bed fit for the Princess in "The Princess and the Pea", you will love sleeping here. We thought it was much too soft. Val is very knowledgable about the area and made great suggestions of things to see and do."

  • So lovely!

"Casa Estrella provided us a dream get-away for New Years in Santa Fe. Everything was perfect -- from the fabulous art, its perfect location, the well-stocked kitchen, and the heavenly beds & linens to the mountain of firewood for keeping the kiva going. Every little detail contributed to the warm cozy atmosphere that made our stay so enjoyable! And it snowed! That in itself made for such a beautiful setting in which to enjoy the casita and everything Santa Fe has to offer. Sincere thanks to Ed & Marilyn for sharing their piece of paradise."
