  • New, well appointed, comfortable space

    "We enjoyed our stay- pantry is well stocked and beds and linens very comfortable. Lovely decor. Our only very minor issue was we were there on a couple cold nights and the windows need to be "winterized" (just some foam trim or caulk) as there was a draft. Turkish restaurant near building entrance was great. Would recommended the apartment."

    "It's always good to read a handful of reviews to get an accurate picture of a rental. Well not with this rental, you won't find one bad review, because this place and host are perfect. The location is great, just a touch away from all the crowds yet 5-8 min walk for all the subway lines, great restaurants along 9th ave, tons of show theatres within walking distance. The building amenities & staff are equally perfect, friendly and helpful. We have visit NYC yearly since 99 and have rented apartments/condos, this one has been the best so far, in fact on the last night of our stay we booked for next years trip already. I will tell you the view, the sense of space, the location, the amenities, the price make this apartment one that it will always be in demand. So if you have the opportunity RENT IT ."

  • Absolute Delight

    "We love the property, and the location will not be beat. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but at the middle of the week of our stay, the cable stopped working. The owner was informed and we were told that he was working with the cable company to restore service. However, it did not happen. The curtains also need some fixing; we also informed the point-person. But past these, it was easy to work with the owner and Shantel was nice and offered to be available for questions/concerns. We would love to go back to this property."
