  • Great location, Great stay, Great Apartment!!!

"Our first experience in NYC where we didn't stay in a hotel. It would be hard to go back. This is a great litte apartment. Ground floor, comfortable bed, cable TV and WiFi. The location is awesome. Restaurants, movie theater, bakeries, shops, coffee houses just around thr corner. Three blocks to the subway, and best of all, a block and a half to Central Park! We loved our stay in this apartment. Overall a quiet street, but being ground floor you do hear street noise and people, but that did not bother us, it's NYC and you will get that at most places. Barry is great to work with and we look forward to returning next year!"

  • Amazing, enjoyable stay!

"We are very grateful for having had a wonderful opportunity of staying at your place. We came with the kids for a stay to enjoy Manhattan. Your place is centrally and conveniently located, close to many places of attractions. We saw 2 BroadwAy shows, the Theater District is right there ! BecAuse we travel with kids I was concerned about a lot of things. To my great satisfaction your apartment was very spacious and impeccably clean. The check-In /out procedure was smooth (although our kids almost refused to leave!)  We loved your place and will use the first opportunity to come again"

  • A great find

"My wife and I went to NY in mid-October for a five day trip just to relax. We knew we wanted to be in the upper west or east side and near Central Park. This apartment was an incredible find. Viren was very responsive to our inquiries, booking with her was easy and she was very accommodating to make sure we could have access when we arrived late on a Friday night. The apartment was very spacious with a full kitchen including some food and spices. The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire apartment looked over a courtyard so we got no street noise. It was hot for a few days while we were there and the air conditioners worked great. We were one block from Central Park and the Met Museum of Art and close walking distance to the Guggenheim and the subway on Lexington Ave. We have rented VRBO properties across the US and in Paris and this was right at the top. I highly recommend it. The only thing you should be aware of is that it is on the second floor and the one flight of stairs is a little steep. But I am in my 60's and had no problem negotiating it.
