  • Worth the Stay

"A cute & quite homely pad. There was a good ambience to the place; It was roomy& bright. 34 th St can get noisy at night so this the main drawback. Other than that Eric was very helpful& accommodating, the location is VERY convenient in between Chelsea& Hell's Kitchen."

  • Comfortable apartment, convenient location

"This one-bedroom apartment is attractive, comfortable and located about 1/2 mile from metro stop. We were warmly greeted by owner's assistant who made sure we understood all details. The owner is a cook, kitchen is well-stocked and the knives are sharp. We once rented a place with knives so dull that cutting an orange was an ordeal. Comfortable queen-size bed, pleasant living room with radio and TV (we don't watch much TV, it seemed fine), good wifi. Building is on a side street with relatively little traffic. A Fairway grocery store is at the end of the block; for those who don't know NYC, that is an excellent store with a wide selection, open till 11 PM. Lots of interesting restaurants in the area. We'd stay here again."

  • Amazing Stay

"This is a perfect getaway place for four people. We had more than enough room in this comfortable, clean, warm residence. It had everything. From the days of planning with Steve to the day we arrived, met by Cosmo at the place who showed us how to work all the appliances, tv’s, etc., It was all seamless and overly efficient. We were walking distance to anything and everything we wanted to see and do. If we couldn’t walk, there were subways everywhere. We felt like locals in a neighborhood. A few days, we did our holiday shopping, brought lunch and went back to the apt. to drop our purchases, eat a quick lunch and head back out for the remainder of the day. You could walk to 42nd Street, Broadway, Macys, Empire State building. We were able to navigate the city after a few hours and so glad we chose this apartment. If you are looking for just a nice, quiet, everything available to you both inside and locally this is the place to be."
