  • Amazing Property!

"We rented this property for a small family reunion after Christmas. We stayed here with another family member. This house was the perfect place for us. It was well appointed, very clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need; appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Even the towels were fuffy! Lyn was great to work with. We will definitely stay there again. Best deal in Buffalo!"

  • Great spot for Girls Getaway to Niagara on the Lake

"We visited this property in late September for a girls getaway. Property was exactly as described online. The home was spotless and included everything we needed. We had planned to go to a play in Niagara on the Lake and this location was perfect for commuting to that destination. We also visited the towns of Lewiston and Youngstown. The book the owner has prepared for renters includes information about the history of the area and the home. We used the book for recommendations of places to visit and good restaurants. When we arrived the owner even had provided some basics like orange juice, coffee and snacks. Working with Liza was pleasant and enjoyable.!"

  • Nice Place to Stay in a Plain Wrapper

"Three couples came to visit Niagara Falls, two of us for the first time. It was a lovely stay. The location is GREAT. It is in a quiet neighborhood but is an easy 25 minute walk to the falls and even closer to the Whirlpool and Whitewater Walk. The house is a block from the Niagara River. Dining and shopping options are reasonably close for walking as well If you don't object to walking, this ia a real advantage because parking at the falls is expensive. The house is old and pretty plain on the outside and the exterior needs work. But the inside is freshly painted, clean and decorated with some interesting antiques. Appliances are all in good working order and the dishwasher and washer and dryer are new. The beds are comfortable (2 queens downstairs, 2 doubles upstairs) and the there is a nice openness to the living/kitchen area. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is very small, but the upstairs bath has a tiled shower/bath tub. The stairs are narrow and steep. I would recommend this property to anyone as a good place to stay in Niagara Falls, ON."

  • Heritage charm and comfort

"Comfortable heritage property, as described, provided an excellent start to our holiday and let us relax and recover from jet lag, whilst exploring the area. Perry was extremely accommodating when we were let down by VRBO; thanks Perry."
