  • Already planning our trip back!

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for our getaway weekend to the mountains. We could not have asked for more. The condo was very clean cozy and inviting. Master king size bed was very comfortable. It was our first time staying on this property and I'm sure this unit had the best views! The property has a wonderful location and we are looking forward to staying here again in the spring."

  • Enchanting Cabin in the woods.

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Tree Cabin! When we arrived we were thrilled to be greeted by a fawn grazing in the front yard. The cabin is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and extremely clean. Angela, the caretaker, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The location of the cabin was perfect--centrally located to Boone, Linville, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. Relaxing during the evenings in the hot tub was perfect after spending days of sight seeing. We will definitely be back!"

  • Beautiful house in a fantastic location

"We have been staying at Bridget's for the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games for several years. She has been continually upgrading it inside, turning it into a real gem with beautiful hardwood floors, a huge stone fireplace, new black kitchen counters added this year, and many fine details. Everything is in excellent condition. The house is situated at the corner of two quiet dirt roads, overlooking a mountain stream. It is sheltered and cool in summer and close to recreational facilities and the town center of Beech Mountain, with its restaurants and other facilities. It has four bedrooms, sleeping eight. Downstairs if you open a window you can sleep to the sound of the brook. It also has balconies on two levels overlooking the stream with ornamental iron tables and chairs for breakfast Al fresco."
