  • Awesome Getaway

"My Girlfriend and I needed a getaway weekend and we could not have picked a better place! The property was amazing with two decks for awesome viewing of the lake and mountains. The Kiitchen is very nice and modern and was fun and easy to cook and eat in. We had a blast cooking there! The living Room was perfect for us and we made good use of the fireplace 🔥 The master bedroom was very nice and comfortable with an accompanying large shower. We spent a lot of time on the large deck taking in the spectacular surroundings watching the boats on the lake and watching The Deer meander around the property. We also enjoyed the large barbecue grill too. The location was perfect for us, very private but still close to a lot of things! The place was very clean, well organized, and setup perfectly. We are planning on coming back in the future for a family vacation and make full use of the property and the Lake surroundings."

  • Perfection!!

"What a house! What a beautiful location! The house was so well appointed and had everything that you could ask or want in a lake cabin. Loved that the kitchen was so well stocked for cooking. The bedrooms and beds were so comfortable and we loved having the pool table on the lower level. Sheets and towels were high quality and those beds!! Sooo comfortable! Having access to Rumbling Resort was an added touch. We love the beach and being able to grab a bite to eat in the resort when we felt like it. No packing lunch! The location is perfect for hiking and exploring. The Puco's were so helpful prior to our arrival with restaurant recommendations and things to do and see. The perfect getaway fro an Asheville vacation. We can't wait to go back! Don't book anywhere else!"

  • Relaxing vacation--Clean condo

"We had a great time at Lake Lure staying at your condo. It was very clean and comfortable and Becky (owner) was very accommodating with suggestions of restaurants, things to do, and making sure we had all that we needed to make our stay pleasurable. We stopped at Sliding Rock (in Pisgah National Forest) on the way down to have fun and cool off . While in Lake Lure, we enjoyed amenities at Rumbling Bald Resort like swimming at beach area, basketball, and kayaking on the lake. Legends restaurant was good but did not get chance to eat at Lakeview restaurant. Other restaurants we visited--Larkins on the Lake (just OK), LaStrada (very good), and Medina's (at Chimney village--good). All in all--a good time! Thanks Becky!"

  • Amazing mountain home

"We spent our family vacation in this beautiful property near Lake Lure, NC. We traveled with three teenage boys and the layout of the house was perfect for them because they had their own separate living area in the basement, including a full bath, pool table, and TV. This area is gorgeous and there's so much fun and adventure for all ages. Access to the resort was a plus to enjoy swimming, a work out or massage, or a nice soak in the hot tub. The boys loved the mini-golf! If you want a quiet day by the pool, try the much less populated Apple Valley Pool. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, including fishing gear and kayaks. We were able to relax at home if we wanted, or venture out to Chimney Rock, Asheville, Hendersonville, and beyond. We booked a zipline and rafting trip north of Asheville in Madison County, which was only about one hour away. I highly recommend the French Broad Adventure Company. The owners were always available and responsive to our questions and the home was beautifully cleaned and ready for our arrival. There are several restaurants close by, but I recommend venturing into Asheville or Hendersonville for some of the local food scene. The local grocery chain, Ingles, is two miles from the home and is one of the best stocked regional grocery stores I've seen in some time."
