"This is our second visit to Singing Sands and we'll be back again. Lovely home with everything you could want and excellent people to work with when making your arrangements."

  • An Amazing Experience!

"The Pelican guest house was way beyond our wildest expectations. We rented it for 3 nights as the location for our destination wedding and accommodation for our wedding party of 14, and we were shocked as soon as we arrived at how perfect it was. The house itself was beautiful and was more than large enough for all 14 of us, and the view of the ocean out the wall of windows was breath taking. The back deck is even nicer and more spacious than the pictures suggested, and the beach itself is fantastic. There were gorgeous sunsets every night, and it was much more secluded than nearby Cannon Beach. Michele was very helpful and accommodating, and we encountered no issues with the house or property. Our experience at the Pelican made our wedding more beautiful and enjoyable than we could have imagined. All of our guests agreed that we need to make this trip a yearly thing. I would highly, highly recommend the Pelican to anyone."

  • Wonderful Week in this Oceanfront property

"We loved the quiet of Arch Cape. The proximity to Cannon Beach, Seaside, Astoria and southern towns was perfect from this home. Clean, well appointed home that was perfect for our family. The pictures don't do it justice. The placement of skylights made the inside much much brighter than the pictures show. Great breeze from the open windows and slider to the deck. Kitchen and dining room view was wonderful looking at all those waves breaking! Easy walk down the street to the beach access. The placement of the hedges make the hot tub and deck feel secluded but open. Everything we needed was right there in the home. Loved cooking breakfasts and several dinners in the kitchen (granite countertops and stainless appliances). We only had 4 people but we could have had so many more join us! The bunk bed room had 6 bunks!! Kids had a blast staying in there. There was so much light in this wonderful home from the skylights that I kept thinking my kids left the lights on in the bathroom! Had so much fun walking the beach, flying a stunt kite, having a beach fire and exploring the tide pools and sea caves down at Hug Point (nice walk from the home)."

  • Amazing property and views!

"We had a WONDERFUL long vacation weekend at this property. The house itself was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable and provided everything we needed to be able to just relax and stay put - going back and forth to the beach throughout each day. It was an easy trip up to Cannon Beach to replenish supplies and get a meal out, but we mostly stayed at the property. The views were spectacular - it was very relaxing to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee with a book overlooking the ocean and to finish the day in the same place, watching the sunset. I am looking forward to future vacations at this property - hopefully it will be available!"
