  • Amazing home in an ideal location!

"Quentin was a fantastic host. Very helpful and communicative. The house is easy to find, very comfortable, extremely charming and well equipped. We had a large group and everyone was comfortable and very happy with their accommodations. The neighborhood is lovely and only a 10 roughly minute ride to anywhere you could want to go in Providence. I highly recommend this home and Quentin as a host."

  • Charming Hideaway

"1950's bayside cottage tucked deep in the woods, complete with attic fan to suck in the sea breeze and a kitchen equipped to feed the masses. Not fancy and a perfect spot for the family reunion we enjoyed gathered on the back patio with the bay in full view or lingering around the dining table or in the living room. It was comfortable for all."

  • Property more than adequate and in a great location.

"We had 7 adults, plus 2 in late teens plus 2 pre-teen. Fortunately, not everyone was there every night. It would have been tight because of family configurations. However, because of scheduling, there was plenty of room. Pam and Berta were always available, helpful and considerate of our privacy. We had no issues but my sense is they would have handled anything that came up. Kitchen is adequately stocked, plenty of towels and linens in house, plus more than enough tvs, etc. There was a gas grill and a huge yard for room for kids to play. House in great location in Bristol, RI. Walking distance to town, coffee shops, and small parks. Short drive to swimming beaches and Colt Park which has bike trails, walking trails, swimming, bocce, etc."

  • So Cute

"We stayed at this lovely cottage for the Memorial Day weekend. Upon our arrival we found fresh cut roses in every room as well as a welcome package in the refrigerator. The pictures do not do justice to just how warm and cozy it is. Brunch at the bistro and dine at the Lobster Pot in town then take a stroll through the marina. We also took a tour of the Blithewold Mansion and gardens. A truly relaxing weekend. Thank You Dee"
