  • Absolutely wonderful!

"19 West Street was the perfect house for us! We are three retired ladies and were in Charleston to go to the Historic House and Garden tours. The location was so close to everything that we were able to walk to all of our tours and also to nearby restaurants and shops. The house was a delight because it so nicely furnished and comfortable and had everything that we were looking for plus it was very clean. I would highly recommend this house for those looking for comfort and for being close to downtown Charleston."

  • Clean and Large

"The homes were very clean and accommodated all 16 of us perfectly! Charleston Concierge allowed us to check in early which was helpful because we all had different flights. They stocked our bar for us so we walked in and started our weekend. The driveway fit all four cars. We walked everywhere. King Street was only a block away."

  • Couldn't be more perfect!

"I stayed in Unit C for 2 months while exploring downtown Charleston. The location was incredible! I could walk to restaurants on East Bay, go shopping on King, pick up groceries at Harris Teeter, and walk everywhere else so easily. Even though it was right in the middle of everything, it was also very quiet. I stayed there alone and I felt very safe, especially, because it had a secure parking spot. The neighbors were very friendly and although I was only there a short time, I definitely felt like I was part of the neighborhood. The apartment was so quaint! It was the perfect size for me and all of my clothes! The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals, the cable had more channels than I have at home, and the bed was really comfortable. But most important, the landlord, Patty, was SO helpful. She was very responsive to my emails before I arrived, met me at the unit when I got in, had plenty of literature about what to do in Charleston, came to fix minor work orders immediately, met me when I checked out, and was all around a true pleasure. After trying for months to find a place to stay, I was grateful that Patty answered my first email and had a unit available for me. I liked it so much, I even toured one of the other available units in the building that was for sale. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who has the luxury of spending a month or more in Charleston!"

  • Absolute Perfection

"We were a group of four mid-20s to mid-30s, and this space couldn't have been more perfect. We made use of everything that was included- including the back yard with fire pit, swing and grill. The house was pristine and really embodied that style of Charleston. While the property was a bit on the outskirts of town, it was very walkable to anything we needed- and had an amazing restaurant about a 30 second walk away (Mercantile & Mash). Street parking was scarce so we were glad that there was a reserved driveway. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town. The only "con" was that the fire alarms were extremely sensitive while cooking and we had to open both doors for a while before we finally silenced the alarms."
