  • Great stay!

"Everything you could possible need or want in a vacation property is what we experienced. This particular property is above and beyond premiere. Thanks to the owners for the remarkable upgrades with the widescreen TV's, internet, etc. We loved "holing up" and watching the NFL playoff games. The light open floor plan and easy access to beach are huge pluses for us. It is so very nice for an Anniversary get away. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and timely in responding. Receiving the pass and code to the property via email was very convenient. We also appreciated being able to check out at noon on Monday. We have stayed in many of the Windswept properties over the years and have actually stayed here before the most recent renovations and we love everything about it. You could not ask for anything more. We hope to be able to rent this property again for our anniversary in January, as we always choose to come to Kiawah."

  • Beach Vacation at it's finest!!

"Location, location, location. This beautiful condo is situated right in the middle of everything you could want. We were so lucky to be so close to the amazing beach and the pools, closest pool is the one that is open the latest, a real plus!! We rented bikes and rode all through the resort and on the beach, saw so much wildlife like dolphins, deer, bob cats, loggerhead turtles, starfish, and sand dollars. The bike trails are everywhere, no shortage of where to go!!!! The condo itself had everything we needed, very comfortable, sea breezes on the back screened in porch were wonderful, it was very nicely kept. The owner, Gary was very easy to contact before our trip and answered all our questions. Can't wait to stay here again, definitely."

  • Perfect vacation!!

"Kiawah is the island of luxury! The villa was beautiful and plenty big for a family of 4 (with two teenage boys). Conveniently located to everything -- the beach, pool, Sanctuary and town market. Ordered a few groceries ahead of time through the Town Market so I didn't have to rush to Harris Teeter at Fresh Fields. It was a little pricey but nice to immediately relax with cold beverages in the fridge. Rented bikes through Seaside Cycles because of the larger baskets. They arrived before we did! Rented chairs and umbrellas through the resort so all we had to do is ride the bikes to the beach and not lug a bunch of stuff. Absolutely love being able go to the workout room and Heron Park pool! Heron Park is a great place to go and have fun -- basketball court, soccer field, kiddie pool with slides, lunch and drinks, etc. Enjoyed the club restaurants - The Ryder Cup Bar at the Ocean Course, Cheerywoid BBQ at Osprey, Tomasso Italian at Turtle Point. Fourth of July fireworks and festivities were first class! Can't wait to go back!"

  • Great Location and Great Unit

"We have been to Kiawah many times and really enjoy the units that are close to the beach and especially the ones like this one with ocean views. This unit was exactly as presented; no surprises at all. OF course, the spectacular weather didn't hurt! We'll be back!"
