  • Awesome Condo

"Lighthouse #2 was perfect. Very, very clean and very close to the beach. It was very large. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved riding our bikes everywhere. Beautiful...just cant say enough good about this condo. You can even take the red trolley anywhere you want in sea pines. You can even take the trolley to the beach if you are not a bike rider. It is only about a 6 min. walk to the beach and a 3 min bike ride."

  • Beautiful Place for Tennis Enthusiasts

"This 2nd floor condo has it all! On the beach within a short walk, close proximity to tennis courts, access to a beautiful pool, gorgeous views from a generous deck off of the main room and the king bedroom, and 3 free hours of court time each day (2 @ Sea Pines Tennis Center and 1 @ South Beach Racquet Club nearby). There's an additional balcony off of the second bedroom with 2 queen beds and the space in the condo seems roomier than other VRBO condos, especially in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are separated for privacy and the kitchen is well stocked and included dishwasher and washer detergent. We had a wonderful time watching deer, dolphins, pelicans, and osprey from the balcony. You have the perfect view to see the ocean while still nestled in a pretty manicured lawn among pine trees. This is now our favorite condo! Our bikes were there when we arrived and we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We even kayaked in the salt marshes. Also, check out the Jazz Corner for great music and food while you are there."

  • Very cozy, well maintained Villa, great location!

"First of all I have to say the owner, Harv, is a great communicator and so easy to deal with. Right from the start of booking this villa, Harv called us on the phone to answer any questions we had, and follow-up e.mails were answered promptly. Even when we were staying in the villa, he called us to make sure everything was in good order and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa itself is beautiful. Floor to ceiling windows in all bedrooms and dining room looking out onto lush vegetation, waking up in the morning to see the cranes sitting on the branches of the trees just outside the bedroom window. The best spot is the porch where you have complete privacy from any other units and look right at the trees and lagoon. The pictures shown on this VRBO site is exactly what it looks like inside. It is absolutely beautiful and clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and every shelf is well labelled and every appliance works well. We had our small Bichon dog with us and he loved the place too as he was easily able to look out the floor to ceiling windows. I was also impressed that there is a computer desk in the main bedroom if you bring your laptop and the internet connection was easy to connect to and extremely fast with a good connection (even sitting on the porch). There are HD TVs in every room with a lot of channel selections. Walking to the beach (our favorite thing to do every day) is a five minute walk from the Villa, the beach is dog-friendly and you can walk for miles or ride a bike right on the beach itself. We ate a couple of times at Alexander's restaurant which is just a two minute walk from the Villa and they have early bird specials at 5:00 p.m. and the restaurant is right on the lagoon. Harv gives you a list of good restaurants although we didn't have time to try them all but we have already booked to go back in February for a month, so are looking forward to trying out more places then. If you have a dog, there are a few "doggy day cares" where you can drop off your pet, while you go out exploring for things you can't do with a dog. I can't say enough about the location of this villa to anything you want to do on the Island itself. I would highly recommend this villa as a very comfortable and clean home-away-from-home! Loved it! We hope to come back here often!"
