  • Everything you need

"We spent 4 nights at the condo with our 21 old son. The layout was very convenient as our son had his own room to sleep in. The condo contained everything you need to be comfortable at a very reasonable price. Very close to the beach and all the amenities of the resort are great! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom for the great communication."

  • Nice Vacation

"We had a nice time at Liz and Kevin's place. Thanks for letting us stay. They were great to stay up on communication. It was nice to have a cooler and beach gear as it was one less thing we had to pack. Door has a keypad, so you don't need to carry a key around which was nice!"

  • Beautiful View, Great Location, Everything You Need

"Overall we had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was clean and had all of the basic necessities we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen that included everything we needed to cook and serve meals, as well as, bedding and linens. Our view was wonderful, and we ate on our balcony often. However, we did need to pull chairs from inside because there were only three outside. Internet and cable worked well also. The pools were always clean and, since we had so many to choose from, they were never crowded. It was nice to have beach access from Bluewater and the State Park across the street. The area where the condo was located was nice, and a little removed from the busy downtown, which was nice to enjoy the quieter side of the city, but with all of the amenities we needed. We were able to walk to the souvenir shop, visit the mini mart, and even putt putt golf. The grocery store was only a few minute drive. Check-in was a little rough. The listing stated the address as 2001 S Ocean Blvd, but it was located at 2000 S Ocean Blvd, which made finding the condo a little difficult. Since there are three Bluewater Properties, it would have been nice to have clearer directions on exactly where we were staying. Brian was available to talk to us at this point to help as much as he could without knowing exactly where we were. Once we found the condo, it was easy to get into the property. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. I was glad I planned ahead because we only had six full-size towels for the week; although, if need be there were washing machines and driers on the third floor. We had five adults comfortably sleep and stay in the condo. The kitchen was the only tight space to maneuver. Dishes would serve more than our five, which was nice. There was also silverware, cooking supplies, and serving utensils. A coffee pot was also in the kitchen. Bedding was clean and beds were average. Since we were on and off the beach often, I was pleased to find a broom and dust pan in the closet. Our neighbors were a bit loud and we could hear them fighting, children playing, but it was to be expected in a condo environment. I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. I enjoyed the the location, view, and amenities it offered."
