"Very cozy cabin that was well stocked and incredibly clean. New appliances and plush towels were nice as well"

  • Can't wait to go back

"Mike was amazing! His home was beautiful! Perfect accommodations for our party - each of us had our own private space & my young travelers loved the video games & hot tub. The home was warm & cozy, tastefully decorated & very clean. He had information easily available to accommodate you to the area attractions, sights & restaurants as well as any questions you may have needed him to answer. The entrance was perfect for our elderly guest that doesn't do steps well. We look forward to staying here again on our annual visit to Gatlinburg. Maybe sooner since we've found a place to stay so similar to home. We read that in the summer months that the clubhouse pools are available for guest to use. Definitely a home away from home. Thank you Mike for making us feel warm and welcome. Also this area was not damaged by the fire. Going up ski mountain road you see a few signs of the destruction to your right. This home is to your left and this area was spared any harm. Yet it was close enough to take a drive and view the less fortunate. A very humbling experience visiting so near the time of devistation. Glad we could be a part of giving back!!"

  • Perfect location

"We took the Gatlinburg Bypass and it was mostly traffic free with wide main roads, just a few miles off the main road between PF and Gatlinburg. When we went downtown Gatlinburg, we parked our car and took the glassed in Arial Tram at Ober Ski Resort, just a 2 minute drive from Dustys and missed driving in the traffic. What a wonderful bird's eye view of the area. The chalet was wonderful, so cozy and inviting, even complete with a Christmas tree and decorations, we felt like we were home, it was so comfortable. We had ample parking right up to the door, which was so convenient in carrying in our luggage. Our lab, Sam loved staying out on the deck as there was a nice heavy gate that prevented him from going astray. This will definitely not be our last visit to Dustys Treehouse and BTW Geri, the owner, was the best to work with."
