  • Fun Family Weekend

"Our family of 7 had a wonderful weekend here. We loved all the amenities at the resort, including a great pool, game room, and playground. We would've loved more time to use some of the other amenities! The condo is privately owned, but maintained through the resort. Some items were not well stocked - we had to buy our own dish washing soap and ask housekeeping for more bedding for the pull out bed. The layout of the condo is kind of weird - like two hotel rooms were just combined with a kitchen/living area (which is quite small). However, that being said, we felt like we got a bargain for the price and had a great time. This area is beautiful! I'd love to come back in the winter or summer to see it in all it's glory!"

  • Beautiful condo and amenities but wasn't very clean.

"The owner and staff were very nice. Beautiful condo, pool and restaurants. We weren't happy with the cleanliness though. The ceiling fan had candy wrappers in it, pretzels on floor and long dark hair on bathroom floor. My husband found hair in the bed. Not happy since we paid $60 for cleaning."

  • Perfect Ski House for Our Group

"We had a great vacation. We were 3 families including 8 children ages 4-12 on Spring Break ski trip. The house layout includes two comfortable gathering areas to enjoy time together and large bedrooms for quiet time if needed. The kids really enjoyed the down stairs area with 2 bedrooms, rec room with comfy seating, television and a large selection of movies. The large dining room table allowed us to enjoy meals together. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as it says in the description. Due to late season conditions, we could not ski right up to the house, but it was only a short walk to the house. Brian Head is a great ski area. We all had so much fun. No major food stores near by, so bring what you need. However, there is a country market a short distance from the house that has most anything that you may forget or decide you need at the last minute. The Grand Lodge, just down the street, has a restaurant and nice lounge/bar area upstairs. I highly recommend this home. We will be back next year and will stay here again. We really enjoyed the responsiveness of the owners. Easy to communicate with; nice people. Can't wait until next year."

  • Super comfortable and roomy with excellent property management

"Our family of 6 stayed at Magic Carpet from March 19-24, 2016, Spring Break. The unit had all the comforts of home - fully stocked kitchen, linens for all pullouts. And Lisa, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful when we were snowed in and needed the driveway plowed. We were very comfortable staying home and cooking most nights. The property was very clean and very well maintained. We did have to alternate hot showers, as the first night, after one hot shower, the remaining 5 of us took very quick lukewarm to cold showers. But, once we got a routine going with a shower every hour and half to give the hot water time to replenish, it worked out fine. The only drawback to this unit is that there are 34 stairs to climb (yes, we counted!) from the garage to the front door, with no elevator. So, luggage and groceries were not easy. We were also not used to the altitude, so we had difficulty breathing after just 4 steps - imagine 34, plus another flight to the 2nd floor master bedroom. And, after a full day of skiing, it took all we had to make it to the top landing. I would also invest in a humidifier, as the cold winter Utah air is very dry. I would have bought one in town and left it for the owners and future renters, if either of the two General Stores would have carried them. I guess this is only an issue for folks from humid climates, like us. But, overall, I gave this property and its management team 5 stars. We loved the unit and the view was amazing. Especially during the snowfall. Absolutely breathtaking. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area. Thank you to Matthew & Lisa for your quick responses and assistance! The Losada Family"
