  • Condo was well-stocked

"This was a simple, yet complete condo. The trash compactor was not working, but that wasn't a big deal. The mattress on the lower bunk needs to be replaced and slants making it unsleep-able (unless you're a kid and don't care about things like this!). The kitchen had everything you need, although the knives should be replaced. Loved the ability to ski-in and ski-out and the location of this particular condo was PERFECT - with a great deck and view of the chairlift (so we could see if lifts were running in the morning or not!). Also the fireplace was awesome! I'd recommend this place for sure!"

  • Very Clean and Comfortable

"We stayed here with 2 families, 4 adults and 3 kids. The condo is very spacious, comfortable and clean. We really liked the layout as it fits both of the families' needs. We found everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen plus more. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were games and videos for the kids. Bathrooms were clean and everything works. It was really nice to have a garage space for the car especially during heavy snow. Overall, we were impressed with the condo and will return again."

  • Super comfortable and roomy with excellent property management

"Our family of 6 stayed at Magic Carpet from March 19-24, 2016, Spring Break. The unit had all the comforts of home - fully stocked kitchen, linens for all pullouts. And Lisa, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful when we were snowed in and needed the driveway plowed. We were very comfortable staying home and cooking most nights. The property was very clean and very well maintained. We did have to alternate hot showers, as the first night, after one hot shower, the remaining 5 of us took very quick lukewarm to cold showers. But, once we got a routine going with a shower every hour and half to give the hot water time to replenish, it worked out fine. The only drawback to this unit is that there are 34 stairs to climb (yes, we counted!) from the garage to the front door, with no elevator. So, luggage and groceries were not easy. We were also not used to the altitude, so we had difficulty breathing after just 4 steps - imagine 34, plus another flight to the 2nd floor master bedroom. And, after a full day of skiing, it took all we had to make it to the top landing. I would also invest in a humidifier, as the cold winter Utah air is very dry. I would have bought one in town and left it for the owners and future renters, if either of the two General Stores would have carried them. I guess this is only an issue for folks from humid climates, like us. But, overall, I gave this property and its management team 5 stars. We loved the unit and the view was amazing. Especially during the snowfall. Absolutely breathtaking. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area. Thank you to Matthew & Lisa for your quick responses and assistance! The Losada Family"

  • Very nice!

"The cabin was perfectly located in Brian Head and was fully stocked with everything you might need. The kids loved the quadruple bunk beds! I'd rent it again in a second."
