  • Wonderful Getaway on Orcas Island

"This lovely property sits about a block from the bay in the quiet little village of Olga. The home is very comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities to make the experience feel relaxing and restful. We traveled with another couple and spent a lot of time sitting around the dining table and in the living room visiting, knitting and solving all the world's problems. We enjoyed the short walk to the pier to watch the boats, read in the sun, and gaze at the multitude of stars at night. Further down the highway on the way to Doe Bay is a wonderful art gallery, a place to buy fresh clams which became a nice meal of linguine and clam sauce. Doe Bay has a nice cafe, too. Up the way toward Eastsound is Moran State Park which has numerous trails. Eastsound is also a delightful village to poke into cute shops and catch a delicious bite to eat. Our stay couldn't have been better, and the comfort and convenience of this place made it all the more delightful."

  • What an amazing location

"This home is located about halfway between Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor. The first time driving up can be a bit confusing but after we made it we were good. Immediately upon arrival we were blown away by the views of the surrounding hills, trees, and water. The house while eclectic, was quite comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the extra bed in the living room for napping, and the deck for enjoying wine in the afternoon. It was a bit strange to go through the bathroom to get to the kitchen, but nobody went hungry. Overall we had a great time staying here and would do it again in a heart beat."
