  The description of this condo was right on! Great views of the entire beach (north & south). We had 3 couples and had plenty of room. Very clean and well kept pools and grounds. Corley is very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. Plus his suggestions for food, activities and transportation were very helpful. Try the buses - cheap and a real experience - we used them more than the taxi. Would definitely rent this condo again.

  After a bit of a rough start (no cable for a few days with kiddos with us), this was a great trip. We contacted the owner right away about the cable and he took care of it. The pictures that are posted are dead on. It is a beautiful condo! It has all the amenities- tons of dishes and glasses- so nice to be able to have the ability to eat in or go to a restaurant. We took my mom and the back bedroom was like a separate apartment for her, which she loved after the kids went to bed. The balcony was amazing! Such a great spot for watching the beautiful Ixtapa sunsets. One night, I slept on the balcony. Marco at the front concierge area was outstanding. The staff at the grill was great. The food is also very good. Some of the most fresh seafood you will have. We are a family that takes vacations every year, but due to extenuating circumstances, hadn't been able to take on in almost 3 years. So happy to have spent a wonderful 10 days over Thanksgiving at this beautiful place. The condo owner is very responsive to questions, etc. We will definitely be back! Love this place!!!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  We had a great time…The condo was beautiful and worked out great for the 5 of us. The complex is definitely the best location there and we had it almost to ourselves.

  I just want to express all of our thanks to you for making it possible for us to enjoy the use of your condo. We had the most fabulous time. Your place is incredibly comfortable, perfectly located and looking at the views alone is a vacation in itself. Your suggested restaurant and to-do lists were extremely helpful and made our trip thoroughly enjoyable. We loved your restaurant selections and had a blast on the zip lines, snorkeling off Isle Ixtapa and fishing.

  I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your place. It was fantastic. I think I took as many pictures off of the balcony as I did the whole rest of the trip. I can't wait to come back again, hopefully soon.
