  The condo was perfect for Grandma & Grandpa, Mom & Dad, 4 y/o girl & 6 y/o boy. Plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated the many amenities furnished and it was well maintained. Property owner was so helpful and as a bonus, one morning we woke early to find right next to our condo, in full view - at least 25 balloons in various stages of inflating (actual Balloon Fest was at least one month away). Location was close (within 5-10 min) to everything we needed. The mountains are breathtaking. A great choice & hope it's available next visit.

  My family of 4 adults crew for a hot air balloon team and used this property as a base of operation for 12 days during the 2012 ABQ Balloon Fiesta. The condo is perfectly situated for quick access to the balloon field as well as shopping, dinning, and city touring. The property is adjacent to a balloon target/landing field, so balloon were passing directly overhead. The three bedrooms gave us room to spread our gear out, watch TV as a group, and wash clothes as needed. The kitchen was completely outfitted, but we did not cook. Our mornings started at 05:00am and we were out until 10:00pm on many evenings. I highly recommend this property when visiting Albuquerque. High points: central location, easy access, and property security.

  Our family of 5 stayed for a week and the condo was just wonderful. The size was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, for 3 kids and 2 adults. The condo looks even better than the great pictures - it is beautifully decorated, so comfortable, new and clean. Everything you need is provided, from kitchen to bath to laundry. Hostess also went out of her way to make our girls feel special and helped with local restaurants. Safe, quiet and very convenient location. Thanks for making our visit to New Mexico so great - it was definitely our home away from home.

  We stayed in this condo recently and were very happy with it. The condo was convenient for us, as well as clean and the perfect size. The washer and dryer in the unit were very helpful. Our hostess was very helpful throughout the entire process.

  The condo exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the accommodations. The owner was very professional and responsive to any of our questions. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

  This is a lovely home in a safe community. The hostess went above and beyond our expectations to make our visit comfortable. We were travelling with an infant and a toddler and found the home a perfect solution for our weeklong visit to Albuquerque. We were truly impressed with the accomodations.
