Reserve our Pocono lakefront vacation home for ALL SEASON fun! Bring your family and friends - enough room for ALL - home away from home - unwind and enjoy! The house has a warm atmosphere with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
Lakefront Vacation Rental - 6 bedrooms, 4 baths (2 full, 2 half), 2 Fireplaces-SNOW SKI/SWIM - sleeps 14 people, 2 decks, access to lake right out backyard, 8 car parking, 16 in 1 game table/foos-ball table, board games, full eat in kitchen, safe-private gated community (A Pocono Country Place in Tobyhanna PA) with skiing, shopping and horse back riding within minutes and additional amenities within the community in summer months (pools, community beaches, clubhouse, basketball, big playground and tennis courts). Our house is PET FRIENDLY but all pets must be approved by the owner of the house prior to arrival to the house and require an additional pet damage security deposit.
Bed configuration: Two bedrooms have Queen beds, two bedrooms have Full beds, two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each (bring your own sheets and bath towels)
Kitchen is stocked! Has a dishwasher, utensils/pots/pans etc...
4 TV's one in each main living area with cable, VCR, DVD with movies, 2 in larger bedrooms.
2 fireplaces, one in each living room.
Rustic décor throughout.
Cathedral ceiling on upper floor.
4 French sliding doors provide an amazing view of the private lake right off the backyard - you will never forget this sight.
Wildlife, such as deer, woodchuck and beautiful birds will frequent during your visit.
Note: There is no A/C in the house but 4 sliding doors and 3 ceiling fans provide a comfortable environment. Poconos are typically cooler in the evening because of the mountain location. Great sleeping weather.

HOUSE RENTAL DETAILS:
Refundable Security/Damage $200-300, Cleaning Fee $100. Use of amenities within the community require renter badge - 8 badges included for free with rental - more can be obtained for an additional cost of $5 per person per day. Swimming/sun bathing/fishing from the backyard of the house does NOT require an amenity badge.
Names of all in group will be required to clear you through community security. Renter must be 25 years of age to sign rental lease - photocopy of drivers license is needed to secure rental. We do not provide linens, towels or toiletries (shampoos etc) so please do bring your own. Thank you!

We are a family of 6 who enjoy renting our home to others who will enjoy it as mush as we do. We take pride in keeping it both quaint/cozy with a rustic decor, as well as up to date with modern conveniences like dishwasher, washer/dryer and newer kitchen.
Why the Owner Chose Tobyhanna
We purchased this lakefront home simply to enjoy the Poconos, ourselves, all season long - We furnished the house indoor and out, as if we would be using it (and we do!) and found that we enjoy renting it out to others who find the house as enjoyable as we do. :) This house will be part of our family for many years to come and be handed down to our children who are currently age 2 1/2 and twins of 10 months.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the firepit, the two fireplaces, the 2 decks overlooking the lake and the BBQ grill outside. We like to sit on either the upper or lower deck and look out at the lake and enjoy the calm of the water. Sometimes at night, if you sit in the downstairs living room (there are two!) and look out at the water through the sliding doors, it almost appears as if you are on a boat because the moon glows onto the water while the water slowly ripples from the breeze. Another thing we love it sitting right by the water's edge and enjoying a roaring fire in the firepit. You just cant beat it - it's a great experience. In the summertime, we bring inflatable rafts and boat off the backyard. In the winter time when it is cold enough and the lake is frozen solid over, we enjoy ice skating right off the backyard. All season fun... love it!
