Our beautiful home is newly renovated and has a deck, driveway for about 6 cars, and full kitchen. Kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare home cooked meals with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and great outdoor space for grilling. Soak in the scenery on the deck, while being 15-20 minutes away from all of the attractions the Pocono Mountains has to offer. Enjoy zip lining, hiking, fishing, ATVs, shopping, indoor water parks and more. We aim to provide a high level of comfort for our visitors!

A Great Place For Family Fun

A lovely home with plenty of space for sleeping and family fun. My family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is very large with plenty of space and many amenities. The photos presented are very accurate. The house is also located near many stores and water parks for families. Our holiday stay was definitely a win!

They place was nice. The dishes and grill where dirty when we got there, easy enough to clean. We got to some wildlife like deer,black squirrel , and the best was a black bear.

I really enjoyed this beautiful home and it’s many amenities. If you are looking for a getaway full of entertainment this is the perfect home. Host (Berris) is very responsive also made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a group getaway!

The house was perfect for our getaway with friends! The finished basement had a ton of activities, and the living room was spacious with lots of seating. The owners were easy to reach when we had questions, and the check in and out instructions were much easier than other houses that we have stayed at. I would highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much! There was plenty of room for our large family! The game room was a big hit with both the adults and the kids! We also enjoyed time around the fire pit. The beach at Tobyhanna State Park gave the children a chance to swim in the pristine lake. The only drawbacks were that while the rest of the house was spotless, the kitchen really needed a deep clean especially around the stove area. Some of the kitchen pots, pans and utensils need to be replaced as they have been well used. (Only 11 forks for 13 people.) There were gas grills (pretty rusty), however there was no propane and after contact with the owner I was told they don't provide gas!! Why list this as an amenity? I would absolutely stay here again!

However, the oven wasn’t working which caused us to have to eat at restaurants three times with twelve people which caused us a large extra expense. In addition, one shower did not have hot water causing all 12 people to have to shower in a single bathroom.

Not so impressed. A few things are far from decent condition. Hot water runs out after 2 quick 5-minute showers. Dishwasher is not even secured and wobbling. Packed with entertainment. Surroundings are quite though, and we were able to enjoy firepit at evening with smores.

Beware Of Bed Bugs

We discovered bed bugs in the home after our first night of stay. I contacted the host to email me because I wasn’t allowed to send pictures of it on vrbo, but he ignored me after he told me he had emailed me (he never did). I asked for his email but vrbo redacted the message so I was unable to reach out. I requested a refund of any sort and he denied it even after I went through vrbo’s customer service. Please be aware before booking, not a great experience overall.

Our goal is to have the best stay for our guests. It’s unfortunate to hear you did not have a great stay. When you reached out there was communication about the complaint of bedbugs. We asked for a picture to show any evidence of bedbugs during your stay and there were no pictures provided. You remained in the house for the entirety of your stay and did not leave after you alleged there were bedbugs, this is why you were not given a refund. There are no bed bugs on the property. We have had an exterminator come to check and there were none found. Also each bed has a bedbug protective cover to ensure that the mattresses are protected. As well as thorough cleaning after each stay. We love our property and we ensure that it is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected through our experienced cleaning service.
