Riviera Villas are two-story, garden-style apartment condos.Our fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms, - master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed, living room, dining room, with dinette area, one bath, with shower and bathtub as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and all utensils.
The living room contains new tropical bamboo furniture, and new ceramic tile floors. The apartment is located only 50 miles from the state of Florida, on the south shore of Grand Bahama Island, about 75 yards from a gorgeous white sand beach. The beach is three miles of powdery white sand. You can enjoy a relaxing day taking in the sea and sun, or you can take in a large variety of recreational activities which are only minutes away.
There is a convenience store at the hotel next door and the airport is only a ten-minute ride away.
Our island home offers a relaxing atmosphere where you can make yourself at home on one of the finest beaches in the Bahamas.
We love it that we can just step outside our door and be instantly on the way to a gorgeous white sand beach ! We have a great picnic/garden area that is a wonderful place to sit and relax and listen to the birds. I often take my morning cup of coffee there.
The picnic/garden area provides shade from the sun and shelter from the wind too.Our complex is in a quiet residential area and we like to take walks down the nearby roads and explore the lanes leading to the beach.
